The cashier was very nice. The Manager however, was Not! I needed to add some money to my cash app. I was told they could do it. When I said the amount, they had to call the manager over. She wanted to know why I wanted to put the money on my card. Got an attitude with me and said she couldn't do that there. And said she needed to know why I was adding it when I only had $20 in groceries. Now mind you, I was paying for the groceries separately. She threw a fit and said they can't do more than $20 on the cash app. I HAVE NEVER had someone act like that. The store was packed too. I think everyone in there was looking at me like I had tried to steal something or something. I will NOT be going back there!!!

Convenient for the locals.I get teenagers need to work. But if you are going to hire them at least train them properly. You are setting their future work ethics/standard and it isn't a good one. You are paying them to have another playground. They talk to customers as if they are at a high school football game. No how are you, did you find everything ok, nothing professional. Always sitting at the registers, on their phones even when they are ringing you up. It's disrespectful.If you are going to hire teenagers. Train them for their future employer because if not they are in for a rude awakening when they change jobs and can't do what they do here at that other job because they have standards. You are not doing them any favors by allowing them to do whatever they want.

I love this small town grocery store! They always have exceptional sales and they keep it stocked and clean. The employees are extremely friendly and helpful. It’s definitely a store that deserves the support of Cordova and nearby communities!

Called to see if they had something in stock before going. The employee was not very knowledgeable but didn't hesitate to get find out all the information I was resting. Very polite, courtesy manner, exceptional customer service, was impressed with how quick and stress free this call was, wish other establishment trained their employees on the correct way to handle incoming inquiry calls such as mine was. Very pleased with the service I received.
