Our reserve is ready and will be picking up tomorrow for our very long trip. We will update once we get there but I’d like to thank Parker for all the help and friendliness. We would def use this company again in the future.Update:We just returned the uhual back to the location. Everything went super well. The uhaul was clean and the tires were very good. It was a wonderful trip from Alabama to Iowa ! Thank you Parker for all the help! We couldn’t been more pleased and greatful!

We just wanted to say, if you are going to rent a Uhaul, Parker Auto Sales in Cottondale Al. is the best place to go. They are the nicest people, their trucks are ALWAYS CLEAN, and we have tried most of the others in Tuscaloosa county, and you are making a mistake if you go any where else!!!!

The Parkers are wonderful, kind people. They helped us reserve a U-haul on 10/1/22. It was an easy transaction. Their place of business is lovely, clean, and well-run. We had an issue turning in the truck we rented (our fault) and had to call them, and they helped us resolve the issue quickly and with no problem. The Parkers are HIGHLY recommended!

Harassing weekly. Your car can be paid, consistently, weekly with no problem. Never missing a payment and they will send you harassing msgs every week about a payment you never miss. I try my best to keep it paid over so I won’t hear from them. I’ve asked them nicely to stop because Ive never missed a payment and have even paid it up months ahead, but treated as if I don’t. For a peace of mind, try somewhere else.
