ONE9 Travel Center in Cottondale, AL is part of the One9 Fuel Network, connecting professional drivers to perks and loyalty points through the Pilot app. The location offers a good amount of truck parking and some of the cleanest, most organized showers, with a bottle of water provided. It is part of Flying J/Pilot for earning points and has a Wendy's for a quick bite. Reviews note the staff can be super nice, friendly, and maintain a very good attitude with great customer service skills. However, service can sometimes be slow and disorganized, leading to waits. Food orders, while correct, may arrive barely lukewarm. Many drivers would definitely come back to visit.
Fueling at the one9 travel stops re always a fuel saver for me it saves me about 20 cents a gallon on fuel. Always something to snack on inside when you need it.
