Everything was clean! Usually at other truck stops, they barely have lines for the truckers to park. Not to mention the driveway and parking lots have many holes! This one had nice visible lines and they were pressure washing the fuel isles that get really gross!

Ashley in the main store was so pleasant & helpful & friendly as was on duty mgr earlier on Nov. 19 ,2023 . Laundry room clean machines worked flawlessly & showers clean , water psi ? great experience here.

Shower has no pressing. Stood at the Taco Bell counter 10 minutes while the clerks stood there and talked and wouldn’t even take my order.

It was truly a traumatizing experience to bring my truck here to get an oil change done. The guy was trying to pour diesel with foreign particles into my fuel filter housing unit. I asked him to look in the jug and he refused… and tells me either I let him pour it into my engine or I will have to wait for the next shift and he would leave when I insisted he look into the jug.The foreign particles in the diesel jug can cause your injectors to get clogged and will cost thousands of dollars to repair…. your truck may stop in the middle of the highway and you might need to get towed as well.Judge for yourself if you see foreign particles in the jug. I was able to take video on this jug because he walked away from the job. Would you come here yourself to let them pour diesel with foreign particles into your engine ?

I rolled through at 1 AM on the verge of tears because a dozen lights on my car came on 3 hours away from home. Jordan helped me out so much, and he was so kind. He's the first person to actually show me how to read a dipstick, and I am so grateful for his help. He was extremely polite and easy to talk to. Best car help experience I've ever had. I wish it was under better circumstances.

Don’t use shop here. 24 hour wait for a pm…excuse of Desk all their mechanics didn’t show for work. Add asked them to replace a tractor tail light and they couldn’t even do it right, tried double charging us when we went back.

Worst T/A in America to get a tire replaced at! Rolled in to the shop here at 6:30 P.M. and I'm still here 12:30 A.M. waiting on the tire tech. If I would have known he made road calls the priority I would have stayed on the side of the highway. Very unhappy right now

The experience I had with the TireShop was Horrible, I did my checkup for the service of a tire flat at 6:12 pm they called me at 10:10 pm at 11:12 the service person returned and told me that because I was short of workers, the arrangement for my tire would take longer but if I wanted he could call someone but I would have to pay Cash, I turned my face and left... This had never happened to me, now I understand why O/O hate having to go to these Workshops… Not to mention that at 11:12 pm all the Bays were empty

For service? Avoid this place at all costs.It took them 13 hours to mount two tires that they failed to get balanI called ahead for 8 tires, mount and balanced at about 11 am for a 10 pm arrival.They had the tires available when I arrived but, when I checked in, I was told that the tech was going on a road call and it would be a couple hours.The tech was back about 45 minutes later for more parts for the road call but brought another tech who, he said, was going to start on my rig.About 1.5 hrs later I stopped by the rig and found that the tech had been unable to get the plastic hub cover off so he quit and went home.I was then informed that the next tech wouldn't be in till 6am. That tech called in sick, as well as the 7am tech.The 8am tech finally showed and started milling around mumbling that he should have called in sick, I believe they are all allergic.........TO WORK.By 10:30, or so the tech had one steer tire replaced and had put it back on the rig without balancing it and when I asked him to balance the tires, he went to the woman at the counter and pitched a fit saying that he didn't know that it was supposed to be balanced and he didn't want to remove it.The woman comes to me and starts to tell me that they don't plan on removing the tire to balance it but, had instead, called the manager and got approval for me to go to another TA truck stop to get it balanced...........what?I started to ask for clarification, because I was sure I wasn't hearing this right when she told me to "stop talking , let her finish and then I could talk". By 11:00, the other tech was finishing mounting the second tire and I ensured that he was going to balance that one. This guy sulked all the way to the balance machine saying, "there is no point in balancing the tires, the machine isn't properly calibrated anyway".When that didn't work, he tried selling me on a package of beads that are placed inside the tire, rather than lead weights. I opted for the lead weights which seemed to piss him off more and he spend about 15-20 minutes getting that tire balanced, but ultimately failed to master the balancing machine.I finally told him to mount the unbalanced tire, purchased the other six tires out the door. I went across the street to Speedco where, although slightly more costly, they got me right in and put 4 techs on the job and had the other 6 tires mounted and balanced in under two hours

I only give 3 stars to the ladies working in the truck stop who were really sweet but all (but the young man working at Taco Bell 5-19-23 around 7:30pm) that were working at Popeyes and Taco Bell should be fired. They spoke down to everyone including myself and treated us for 1 at 1st like we were not there and then like they could not be bothered. I ordered from both Popeyes and Taco Bell. 1st Popeyes...2 chix sandwiches and an order of buffalo wings. I was not pleased with the wings and I heard the cook ask if I wanted regular or spicy chix sandwiches....which she never asked me....she told him to give me whatever.Then on to Taco Bell. I tried to order 2 chix soft tacos and 2 orders of nacho fries. The cashier went back looked and said we don't have enough chix for tacos....I asked if they could make more and she blatantly stated no. So I ordered 3 beef soft tacos instead. Then I see the young cook come from the back as she walked in the back. I heard him say we can make some more and she said no to him as well. The nacho fries had no seasoning whatsoever....like none at all they were plain fries. In total my 2 orders were around $40 and I left p*ssed and when I got back to my truck I was even more mad to find out what I just paid for was far from mediocre. Just be forewarned.The young man at Taco Bell was very sweet when he brought me my food and profusely apologized for his co worker. He is the only keeper.

Give Myeshia a raise. I had an issue where the Petro in Carlile PA put the wrong size tire on a dump trailer. That Petro didn’t seem overly concerned about getting the warranty approved. Myeshia kept after them until it was approved by their management. She was communicative with me about what was needed as far as pictures and where everything stood. She also after hours was in communication with her manager and although they didn’t have the tire size that night it was sourced from a vendor at 8am the next morning and the truck was rolling in no time. I wish more people were as customer focused as Myeshia.

Parked and went in at 7pm and went to food court(Popeyes and Taco Bell) there were about 20 people in line at Popeyes so I tried TB but they had closed at 6 so I had to eat garbage food out of microwave. Poorly run Truckstop no wonder TA just sold to BP as this is not unusual.

I want to say thank you to the young lady the cashier. She's make you feel welcomed, good customer service, and a up beat spirit that make you glad you came to this location for good service. And I want to say thank you to DB the technician for finding the issue on my 2016 freightliner and his professionalism. Thank you Sir!

I went into the c-store in the main building, exhausted from a long drive and to my pleasant surprise the person stocking the shelves a few isles away asked how I was doing and if I was finding everything OK. Very unexpected as employees across the nation don't do that. Good job TA, for having the model employees every store should pattern themselves after and emulate!
