Day 2 of being parked in the street waiting to get unloaded because someone scheduled the load on the wrong day and mclane can't be bothered to either move the appointment up or work it in. Still 24 hours until the scheduled appointment time.
To all inbound drivers : make sure you are here in line by 6 pm no matter what time your appointment is that night. Have your seal # ready. And for God's sake, do not let security make you break your seal until they assign you a door.
For 3 hrs, the inbound line hasn't moved.
1 star for the very nice guard in the shack. He was knowledgeable and hospitable.

If you come here get here early early early. 3hrs for a door 7hrs 45 min to be told I can open my doors and 2 and half hrs to unload aaaannnddd 3 and half hrs for my paperwork AFTER paying $395 lumper fee. Don't waste your time coming here. It is a shit show to say the least. The unloaders will pull off the barcodes from your (amricold) loads and just throw them in your trailer like nasty little pig people. So yeah avoid this place or do as I do and charge a generous detention fee for unrealistic unloading time.

I’d give this place a negative review if I could. They scheduled a ton of trucks, for all of them to sit in the road for hours waiting to go to a dock. At all of our appointments they were still loading their own trucks. Whoever does the scheduling needs to get fired. You spend hours here for no reason.

Very skeptical going here because of the review. But i guess i was just bless, came here at 11PM for 1AM appointment, the white male security polite and has a good attitude he gave me my door# the only issue i had is, the door was occupied so i parked on the side put my 4 ways on and after 30 minutes guy from capstone instructed me to a different door. Went to the dock open my door and put my plastic envelope that will be given to you at the security leave it inside the trailer, and then when your done paying your lumper they will come out and knock on your door when your bills are ready. Overall i was there for a total of 2 hours. Great job👍

Got here at 3 pm for my 7 pm appointment I was truck number 5 here!
Right at 6 pm security came out to the street and started talking with drivers that got here last!
So for the future go all the way to the end of the street and park on the right side

Appointment 19:00
Showed Up 16:45
Checkin Starts at 18:00
Yes, that's Correct.it takes alot of time to get the trucks checked in So try to be here in checking line at least 2 &half hour early or more. Street parking available for 10-15 trucks.Once you got checked in they putt you on door right away start unloading as soon as you back in mostly unloading finish within an hour. Remember Capstone Lumper Always take hours to get your Bills Back Out by 22:00
Good luck fellas

This place is a joke. The system they use to check trucks in is antiquated so be prepared to sit for a long time waiting to check in. The best thing to do is show up an hour or more early. Even doing that there's no guarantee you'll get through the gate on time.

Not a good place for delivery or pickup they start loading or unloading at 6 PM and there is going to be a very long line before security check in and i got a dock at 8 Pm and got done 2 AM. If any one coming here they can park on both sides of road

2 hours in line to check in and they do not have a queue order, other trucks got in line and 7 hours to unload, if you have the opportunity to avoid it, do it.

Incredible bad delivery!
$450 lumper, 7 hours unloading less half trailer!
McLane management must be fired!☝️
