“Employees could definitely use some more training with customer service. I've honestly had one experience with a friendly employee at this store and it's very disappointing, to say the least. Especially considering the amount of business my family could be handing this store- literally every day- simply because of convenience, I can confidently say some manners and a smile would go a LONG way. Until that shows to have been learned, none of us mind the extra gas we use to give the store on 168 in Boaz every purchase, just to shop in a store that we feel appreciates their customers.”
“The workers at this store are angels.. My precious Grandparents live just down the road. My Grandaddy is 90 and my Grandmother who used to be able to help with shopping has had serious health set backs lately. My Grandaddy gets confused easily and they will help shop for him, but I just heard when my Grandaddy tried using the wrong card a bit ago an employee paid for their groceries. 😭❤ I live 3hrs round trip away and have offered to help do Walmart deliveries but they are set in their ways. I just had to immediately leave this review as tears are still streaming down my face.. Thank you to that special person and thank you to anyone who has went above the job's requirements and helped when I wished so much I could. ❤ These people need raises immediately and the recognition they deserve. You're all a blessing.❤❤”

“I shop here all the time, I don't know why but seems that certain items are sold out and it may be a day or two before they get more? A sign of the times? I'm not sure what to believe but I will continue doing most of my shopping there. The staff is friendly and helpful. Best of all, it's a Dollar Store lol. ☆☆☆☆”
