Everything in stock has been pre-leased. Lots of scratches on the surface of the washers and dryers and are still asking for too much with visible damage.

Worst rental experience of my life. They've literally called other companies months into my contract. Like companies that I do business with. When they had no right to do so. They've called everyday, attempted to dbl charge me. The computer crashed. The antivirus they offered, was supposed to be free for six months I believe. It was not. They just dropped it off when I started talking about computers. The company didn't even set it up. Unprofessional doesn't begin to describe these harassing, unethical people. To invade a customers privacy, then for manager to disrespect my mother during a time I had COVID. This place should be shut down and restaffed before reopening.

This company does not care about your life, they only care about your money. It's nothing more than a collections agency. Employees are punished when customers don't pay their dues and if the store doesn't make a certain percentage. Sure, their store hours are until 7PM, but they MAKE the employees stay 2 hours past that time. One is calling delinquent customers while the other is going door to door attempting to collect payments.Now.... Inside the store are appliances that are either new or preleased. You can own them, yes. But you will pay TRIPLE the MSRP after fees and interest have accrued.That being said, the preleased items they have in the store have been collected or returned by customers with infestations. Yes, ROACHES will crawl out of your appliances and furniture if you buy from this store. They do not clean them, sanitize them or sterilize them properly.The staff will sit in the office until the front door opens. You will never enter the showroom and be welcomed. So, when you walk in and expect SUPERIOR customer service, you won't get it. As I said before, all they want is your money. Doesn't matter what you get.I wouldn't send my worst enemy to an Aaron's. There are better more sanitary ways to get what you need and still keep your family safe from infestations and God knows what else could be on a preleased item.Don't go there. Just don't, I beg you.

They lie about the guarantees everything is great until you need something fixed even if it’s under extended warranty it’s all over . Once th. get your money they don’t care.

Horrid people. Rude as can be. Show up at your house late at night and wake your kids up and act like nothing is wrong over a misunderstanding. Literally the worst company I've ever dealt with in my entire life. Hopefully they go bankrupt.

If I could give this company a no Star I would got a PS4 from them and got it home the controller will not stay on the system will not stay hooked up to WiFi will be taking the stuff back to them and will NEVER rent anything else from these people again I would suggest that you go somewhere else to get your stuff I've had better results out of best way in Cullman that's where I'm going from now own.

Sorry place to get any thing I've had nothing but trouble getting my appliance s fixed all they want is your money the Cullman office will never be used again their is a guarantee to fix the product as long as we are paying for it I've had a hard time getting it done their just not a good business to deal with

The staff are clueless and I had to post a complaint with corporate about them taking out ezpay when I declined it online and was going to pay in person. I declined it online and apparently I should have declined it online and in the store and they couldn't give me my money back because the general manager wasn't there to stop the payment. The payment was not even supposed to come out yet. Aarons corporate told me that stopping the ezpay online was sufficient enough and the store should not have run an ezpayment without consent.

Lack of explaining how did payments go and I will not be back after I finish paying off my product if I finish paying my product off and I would recommend people go to other rental places instead of errands cuz they will take your money
