Daniel Boggan went above and beyond get my new business set up in their credit union. He offers financial education to his clients personally and to our community which is something I had never heard of another bank doing. Especially in today’s economy having a personal relationship with your financial institution goes a long way. I have only been with AmFirst a short time but I am beyond happy with Daniel and his Team!! Thank you so much guys!

Doesn't answer the phone and messed up our loan. Thankfully called Birmingham and they fixed it.

Great bank overall, but they cannot answer the phone to save their lives! I have called 14 times throughout one day regarding my auto loan and cannot get anyone to answer. I know they are not that covered up all day long. What sucks is that I do not work in Cullman, so I cannot go into the actual building and can only contact them via phone during their working hours. I can't do that though because they do not answer or call you back!!

This location is awesome! The staff is great and do everything they can to help you! I have had bad experiences at other locations one in particular over 10 yrs ago in Hoover! These people make me feel like family! I have my auto loan and business acct here even a little credit card! 🙂

Forty years plus doing business with them they closed my account without any reason. Never had an over draft. Americas First Federal couldn’t pay me enough to ever do business with them again. Avoid this institution like you would the plague!!!!!
