“I just had the most wonderful experience at Bob Wallace appliance! I went in to buy a heating element for my stove but was a couple of dollars short. To my surprise, they gave it to me for free, and it meant the world to me because it helped me feed my four kids tonight. I can’t express how thankful I am for their kindness. The customer service was exceptional, and everyone was so sweet and understanding. It’s rare to find such generosity, and it truly made my day. Such a blessing. I’ll be recommending this place to everyone I know! Thank you again!”
“My husband and I stopped in on saturday June 1to look at some new mattresses. We were not planning on buying anything at that time.. however the sales associate Nicole, was very helpful and provided us with information on financing options. We were so impressed by her motivation to make sure we were given plenty of options that we drove back out to cullman today to make a purchase. With the money we saved from the sale, I was able to get our king size bed, a cute little hand painted dresser and 2 round bedside tables to match all for a great price and free delivery. We will definitely go back to see her when we decide on new furniture for our living room. Thank you for helping us make this decision and being so patient with us.
