Really cool and helpful people here. Only thing is, don't let them talk you into buying those awful Zagg screen protectors. They're ridiculously overpriced and break easier than the $17 ones at Wal-Mart. I'd avoid buying a case here as well. They're also overpriced and won't protect much of anything. Hilariously, mine was specified as a grip case but had zero grip. The phones are great. I went with an S24 Ultra. The folks working there were incredibly chill and fun to chat with. I ended up buying an Otterbox defender case from Wal-Mart for $50 and it's absolutely amazing. The Zagg screen protector shattered from a 10 inch drop onto the driveway. $70 screen protector broke easier than any protector I've ever seen. They do offer warranty replacement protectors but they aren't free. They charge $10 and take a month or so to arrive. Just DON'T buy those Zagg screen protectors and you're good. They are absolute trash.

Y'all Just do it online
TLDR: Avoid going into any store at all costs! Store manager said he couldn't upgrade my line because of a fraud lock on my account. Fraud department said this wasn't true when I spoke to them. I ordered my phone online and it will be delivered today.
This was the first time I've set foot inside a cell phone retail store in literal YEARS and the experience I had is the reason why. I live in North Alabama and was attending a concert in Birmingham. I was due for an upgrade so my husband suggested I stop on the way and upgrade my phone. the last thing I wanted to do was spend hours getting the run around and being sold to in an ATT store so I ordered the upgrade online so I could simply pick it up. We made sure I was in fact an authorized user on our account so there wouldn't be any issues (HA!) When I got there, the manager said there was a fraud lock on my account and they couldn't upgrade me. My name and my husbands are very similar (since my maiden name is the same as his first name) and I guess they were confused. My husband also travels the state for work and had to get a replacement phone at a retailer while he was in Tuscaloosa. Apparently that was a problem/red flag as well Since the store employees asked me about it several times.
I left the store and called the fraud department. They told me there was no freeze on my account that I should place the order again and go back to the store to pick it up and there shouldn't be any issues (HA!) The manager STILL said he couldn't do anything to upgrade my phone. So I left a second time without being helped. I called the fraud department one more time, just to be sure there wasn't anything going on on my account and of course there wasn't. So I just did what I should have done in the first place: Completed everything online and had the phone delivered. It will arrive via Fedex today.

I can't say enough about the store manager, Craig, here at the Cherokee Avenue store in Cullman. My wife's uncle passed away in October and he was an AT&T customer. After getting the complete runaround from AT&T corporate numbers and multiple visits at other AT&T stores for 3 months following his passing, I went by this location on the way home from work one day. Craig was kind, professional, and took ownership of the problem. He has gone over and above the last several months in helping my wife's family get this situation resolved. I have been very frustrated with AT&T - to the point that I doubt I will ever be an AT&T customer after this experience - but I would not think twice about hiring Craig right our from under them! His level of service and professionalism far exceeds that of the company he works for. Thank you, Craig.

Went in to get home internet and came out reasonably priced. I can not remember the gentleman’s name that helped us, but he was AWESOME!!! I would highly recommend this store for all your needs!

Have to say it was one of the smoothest phone services experience I have ever had !! ( Verizon to AT&T switch )The staff knew exactly what I had to do and best of all no d@@ surprise’s on my bill !! They “Rock” !!

This store lost my trade in and I spent 11 months trying to get reimbursed. I finally made a complaint with the BBB and got my money back in 24 hours. They made an error and it put my account in “past due”. I tried calling this store saying I was confused and the first thing the girl said to me was “well did you pay your bill” with an attitude. Didn’t even ask my name.
