This store lost my trade in and I spent 11 months trying to get reimbursed. I finally made a complaint with the BBB and got my money back in 24 hours. They made an error and it put my account in “past due”. I tried calling this store saying I was confused and the first thing the girl said to me was “well did you pay your bill” with an attitude. Didn’t even ask my name.

Adam @Cullman AT&T did a great job getting all our phones upgraded and swapped around. He stuck with us through almost 4 hours of phone upgrades and downloads!

The wait time is ridiculous. Had a 45 minute wait when 2 employees seemed to be doing nothing while the others were actually helping people

Great experience at Cullman store with Desy! She was very helpful , and went over the top explaining to Kudos to people in Cullman for the friendly, and welcoming atmosphere. -& service we received!!

My wife and I were screamed at by an employee, he was being super rude and off putting the whole time, when I suggested we leave and handle our bill by ourselves because he didn’t want to help us, he stood up from our table and threatened us. Had to call the cops and have them talk to them for us. It was ridiculous and the man behaved like a child.

I was very impressed how fast I was greeted with a warm and friendly welcome. As I browsed around I couldn’t help but notice how clean the facility was. The store manager Amber greeted me personally and answered all my questions. I left out with 3 new phones for new service. Her and her team made me feel great for being a part of AT&T!! You guys are awesome!

I had an absolutely AMAZING experience! I'm a 14 plus year Verizon customer and decided to switch to AT&T because of a trade in offer. I was worried because I've always gotten good customer service from the other guys....but WOW the customer service rep in the store was outstanding, friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to resolve and answer my questions. Jazzlynn was top notch!Thanks AT&T for hiring such great reps.

Terrible customer service. Online pick up process is terrible! Employees standing around talking to each other instead of helping customers.

Problems continue. Employees do not know how to trouble shoot issues. Tech support cannot fix issues. Had a watch that I have been paying for cellular data and they have not been able to get it connected. Multiple trips and hours on the phone with customer support with no resolution. Watch less than a year old.

I walked in mid afternoon, only 2 customers there. No one greeted me. I walked around looking at the phones for several minutes, made eye contact with 3 different employees but not one spoke a word. I left and went to a different provider. Worst cell service experience ever!

The young man was very pleasant and eager to help me. He gave me and my phone all of his attention. He consentrated on my phone, and make it like new. I am soo grateful for his attention and knowledge. I was ready to use a hammer on my phone. Thank You.
