We are new to the area and needed a local bank. We stopped in on Friday, June 28th between 2:15 PM and 2:30 PM. They were not busy at all. We were greeted just as we entered the building and we were asked what we were there to do. We explained that we would like to open a new account. The greeter told us that we would need to sit and wait for roughly 20 minutes as they had staff out to lunch. This was a little surprising to us as it was later in the afternoon and we didn’t realize that it would be a 20 minute wait when they only had a couple of customers. The greeter was polite and explained that they are short staffed. We moved on to another bank that was very happy to set us up with an account and handled everything very promptly and courteously.

The ATM never works at the Cullman location and it takes 20+ minutes in line for simple access to my money every time I need it. Long delays in processing transactions. The BBVA/PNC merger was the worst thing!! I’ve tried to give it time, but it has been a few years since the merger and it has been horrible. We will be switching banks asap after using BBVA/PNC for over 15 years.

Banks should be open half a day in saturday lazy non workers in america these days causing issues for the everyday citizens to be able to accomplish things they may need to all cause of banks being closed on days they used to not be

I one the first time to open an account but I waited for an hour and left . They told me it’s going to be faster is I had an appointment. So, after a week I did an appointment online and went there, my appointment was at 4:15 pm. I got there about 4:05 and waited to 4:50 pm. After that I just left.

Horrible customer service at the Cullman, AL location. They never answer the phone. I needed to close 2 accounts (because I'm done with PNC lackluster service and being charged for statements) and was told they were short staffed and they would have to call me to make an appointment to do so. Seriously?! Service such as this reminds me why I've changed banks.

If I could give 0 stars I would !!! Worst of the worst … makes no sense to charge someone a paper statement fee if the customer never received it. It’s like charging a customer for services or merchandise never received !!! Pathetic

Worse bank! They are always slow in drive through,they NEVER answer the phone and half the time they don't know what they are doing ? I'll gladly be switching banks today!

Slowest bank I've ever dealt with they are never in a hurry. You'll be sitting in line for a hour to get a check cashed... They don't open until 9 am and closed on Saturdays ?

Leaving this bank after 20 years! WORST customer service I have EVER experienced, 3.5 hours wasted on misinormation, unable to help me, while scamming me out of fees. No thanks. BYE!
