My previous auto insurance company kept raising my rates and I hated dealing with them. When I called Mr. Floyd’s office to get a quote, Vanessa was amazing! She found me a better policy with a lower deductible in minutes! Then, a few weeks later when I unfortunately totaled my car, the customer service was outstanding! My claim was handled quickly and efficiently. My rental was set up in minutes, towing was paid, and my claim was completed and accepted within a few days. Karen was wonderful providing me with quotes on vehicles when I was car shopping and Vanessa set me up with another great policy on my new vehicle. Bill and his staff truly treated me like family. The service I received is worth twice the amount of my premium. They have earned my loyalty and I will never do business with any other insurance company as long as I live.

These are the nicest people and always help me immediately when I call...from coverage to accidents. I have been with them since the '80s for car and home insurance. Even life insurance. Give them a call.
