“Carrie provided excellent, caring customer service. My son, his wife and 3 young children were involved in an accident in I-65 on Saturday afternoon on the way to the beach for fall break. I was a couple of hours away, and trying to find them a vehicle while they dealt with the wreck. We called Carrie at about 1:30 and she gave them her cell number so they could contact her with their exact location and made arrangements to meet them with the vehicle since theirs was not drivable. She stayed after hours to get them taken care of and helped save our vacation. We are so grateful she was there and so willing to help.”
