This Cricket phone place saved me! The fellow that was working here the night i came help me immensely with a phone major phone! He help me set a phone back up when I had damaged my phone Beyond repair!

Woman was very rude, she acknowledged that she could do what I wanted but she refused to do it, she said if I wanted to get done what I asked, I would have to go across town to the other Cricket location. I went across town to the other location and they were very helpful and very polite and got my phone fixed in very short order. But the woman at this location absolutely sucks.

Would fully recommend this Cricket Store. When I first arrived Holly the employee greeted me with a smile and was very helpful and nice when asking questions. She was a new employee so she was being trained by Austin the manager who was also greeted me and was very nice and helpful. Will be going back to this store because it is closer for me and convenient for service. Thanks to both of these employees!

Well I would like to say that everyone in this store is super nice , they go out of there way to help you out and make sure you are completely satisfied !!! The store is super clean ,, they listen to everything you say !! I will continue going to this store ,I was going to to the store on Cherokee but they are very rude and I will not ever go back there again , thanks to the store at 2046 st Joseph drive Cullman !!! Keep up the good work !!!
