All staff was very helpful. Our salesman was on older gentleman and was very knowledgeable. We went in after a specific style bed bed frame and knew right where it was. The loading crew was extremely cautious when load the frame into my truck even adding foam between all the pieces to avoid scratching my truck or the bed frame. Would 100% recommend stopping by for your furniture needs

BUYER BEWARE!! BUYER BEWARE!!
Jason , my salesman was very helpful, courteous and patient. I purchased a recliner lift chair and rocker recliner on FEB 17, 2025. Delivery was as scheduled on Feb 20, 2025. As I explained to Jason, I have a lot of back, neck and pain issues. I have really tried to adjust to the lift chair to no avail. After an hour or so, all I feel is pain. I asked to return the lift chair and get a replacement. I was told their return policy is 24 hours. Ludicrous! I wasn't given this information at the time of purchase. I was also told because the product had been in my home, they could not take it back. Frankly, I have no way of knowing if this product has been in other homes. Apparently, I am simply out the purchase price with no attempt to reconcile my problem. BUYER BEWARE!!
If the merchandise was used, refurbished or special order, could understand. Not standing behind your merchandise. That simply makes me wonder why you aren't confident in you merchandise. If you aren't, how can your future patrons trust you? Alas, I did. After one month, my phone charger quit working. A week or so later, when I engage the motor to recline or rise, the chair makes horrible noises and hesitates. Ok, I understand why you didn't want to exchange this chair. I get it. I don't want it either.

Sales associate (Bea) was great and very helpful. Will recommend you to anyone looking for furniture.Delivery and set up guys were great. I have a bad back and they moved our old furniture to the garage for us. Delivery and set less than 90 minutes.

The sales team at CFM is the best! They are very knowledgeable about the product lines carried in the store. If they don’t have what you are looking for on the floor, they will find it. The store offers high quality furniture at reasonable prices. I’ve been very pleased with all of my purchases.
The delivery team is also exceptional! The guys are very courteous and professional.

Excellent people, excellent service, competitive pricing! They helped us select living room furniture, colors, even the throw rug. All pieces were delivered at the time quoted. The delivery people were careful and placed all items where we wanted them. We will be back to redo our guest rooms.

I was shopping around for a complete living room set and went back to Standard for a second time due to higher prices and unavailability at Ashley furniture. I ended up picking out the microfiber power reclining 3 piece set for approximately 2900.00 due to the fact some of the other sets I liked a little better had ridiculous wait times up to 3 months long or so. I dealt with 2 sales lady's names Heaven and Brittany. I felt they treated me and my family extremely well. They were very polite and explanatory on the difference in American made and the cheaper Chinese brands. So that made me feel better that I was buying a supposed American brand furniture set made by Jackson Catnapper out of Tennessee. Well everything was going great, I got my set delivered in a reasonable amount of time about 9 days after purchase. My delivery date was June 29th 2022. The day the furniture was delivered I thought it was a bit strange that the 2 delivery guys brought the furniture out of the truck with absolutely no plastic wrapping or foam protection on it. When I asked the drivers why, they exclaimed that all wrapping and or packaging is removed at their supposed warehouse to expedite a faster delivery. Now the couch, loveseat and reclining chair did have tags hanging from furniture to give me the impression that furniture was new. Well when I asked drivers to help me get hidden power cord out from under the furniture, they replied that there's a bag underneath and I just need to cut zip ties and it would drop down.well that wasn't exactly that easy. Because you need two to three people to lean furniture at a hard angle so the 3rd person can get power cord removed. These delivery guys were in and out of my house like flash Gordon. So the store ended up apologizing and refunded me my delivery fee of 179.00. Now here comes the nightmare. Within 24 to 48 hours I had a massive flea infestation coming out of furniture. I immediately called Scott the store manager he was very defensive and said there's no way that it could have come from their furniture. I advised him I don't even have animals in my house. And asked for an immediate replacement and help paying for an exterminator. That was refused as well. I eventually got to a higher up customer service rep named Jeremy M he wouldn't even give me his last name or direct phone number. Only a email. And believe it or not they do not have a legitimate customer service call center. There is only a complaint line where you leave a message. Big red flag. I had to go through Scott the store manager to get to this Jeremy M character. And let me tell you,,, the used car mentality immediately came out in this Jeremy M fella. To this date I have still not got any remedy from Standard furniture. Thank god I used my creditcard on purchase. Because they were hinting around about a better deal if I pay with cash. So my bank is going to dispute the transaction and try to make them come pick up their fleabag furniture. I had to bomb my house twice to get the fkeas under control. Which in chemicals I have over 100.00 spent already. I was only offered to be reimbursed for those chemicals not a legit exterminator which would have been in the hundreds. I am disabled on a fixed income and this furniture store has got to be the most unprofessional and slimey business I have ever dealt with. I would have to surmise that Standard sold me a floor model from a different location or a furniture set that was returned by another customer. I implore you to use caution when dealing with this business. Something just isn't right. The sales lady said it has been very slow on business when I first went in store. There wasn't 1 customer but me and my family the 2 times we went in there. Please be careful dealing with these horrible people. They changed their tune on me in a new York minute. I would advise dealing with a larger corporation like Ashley or even Big Lots when shopping for such a big investment. This has been a nightmare for me, wife and 2 children.
