I stopped by yesterday morning to grab a propane exchange tank. When I arrived, there was one other customer in the store along with the bread vendor, stocking shelves. The Breadman and myself walked the store for 10 minutes trying to find an office employee. The Breadman finally gave up and went onto doing something else. As I continued to pace back infront of the counter, I realized that there was a motion detector going off on my movement. Finally a Dollar general employee came out from the office behind the counter, with a phone stuck to here ear complaining to someone about whoever closed last night didn't do stuff right. I told her that I needed a propane exchange tank and she range me up, and I paid with my debit card, without here even disengaging from here telephone conversation. Then she couldn't find the keys to the propane cage, and I found some keys by the bag holder and pointed them out to her. After I got the tank exchanged outside, I had to go back into the store and ask for my receipt. The Dollar general employee, who was still talking on the phone handed my receipt to me at that time moment. The store was not clean, neat and orderly. Clearly there is a problem with the local Management of this store. Its always a wreck, disorganized, and difficult to get help when you need it.
