I had to use Enterprise Car Rental while my car was being repaired. It was a great experience. The staff in Cullman, was professional, courteous and helpful from start to finish. Thank You!

They have you enter your information online and no more taking your current utility bills. Easy registration. I was shown the car and it was what I was hoping for. I was handed the key and off I went. Just FYI: they require a deposit of $300 to rent a vehicle so be prepared and it has to be credit ir debit not cash or check. The Enterprise App. informs you of this but you must read all of the terms. The car I rented ran great and I enjoyed driving it!

I’m not one to rate a lot, but the customer service I just received over the phone was absolutely terrible. I called trying to get some information regarding a rental and was met with a terrible attitude and dismissive comments. Keep in mind, the only reason we’re getting a rental is because our car was totaled in our driveway to no fault of our own by a reckless driver and insurance is covering the rental. Let’s just say this has already been a very negative, upsetting, frustrating time as it is. When a customer calls for information, don’t act like they should already know the answers and more. That’s what you’re there for. Additionally, put yourselves in your customers shoes before making it look like you’re frustrated that you’re having to take calls.Good customer service is what keeps customers coming back, and the only reason I’m not giving this 1 star is to not ruin the company’s reviews over 1 employee’s rude tone.

I am very upset and disappointed in there in-store customer service. Made reservation on the phone with them, was booked at one price then go to pick up car, They wanted to add a extra $350 on top of what I was told to pay when I arrived at the store. They also miss lead customers saying they have no vehicles available. But they had over 65 viechle available to rent. There extra fees they said was disclosed on online clearly, but as a customer calling on phone they never said a thing about it till I was there.

Have been renting from this location for almost two years now. The lady working on Saturdays gets after it. She always on top of her game. She's an awesome employee and Enterprise should be grateful to have someone with her drive and work ethic. Love the service I receive every time we rent from Cullman Ent.

Reserved a car 2 weeks in advance for a friend and had reservation number, price of $285 for a week on my email verification from Enterprise. Sent my friend to pick up the car and tried to charge her over $800. She had to pay over $500 to get the car or walk home. I talked to five different people from the local office to corporate and said they would give the over charges back. They never did. USE ONLY A CREDIT CARD to pay with, no debit or cash. At least you can get your money back with a credit card. Will NEVER use them again. What they didn’t realize is my company I work for is a 5.1 billion a year in revenue and it cost them $$$$$ big time nationwide.

This enterprise location was wonderful. They worked well with me and even stayed open 15 min after closing so I would not have to sit outside in the heat. They were very busy the day we picked up but had me in and out very quickly. I highly recommend Cullman Enterprise!!

If I could give this below a one, I would. I had to make my reservation after hours, but needed a ride a to the rental pickup & was advised to simply call at least 2 hrs ahead of time. Called as location opened. Was told no pickup was offered on Saturday. This might be a bit of critically needed info. Then decided to modify the res for the following Monday morning in doing was advised of multiple up front security deposits. I’ve rented from you multiple times & never paid all of these deposits before. Agent did everything possible to avoid renting vehicle.

Always a pleasure to rent from Enterprise in Cullman, Alabama. Jenna is the best at customer service and is the friendliest person I have dealt with in a long time. I will rent from them as long as she is there! Tyler does a great job as well.

They were not helpful assisting us with a rental. We were from out of state and in dire need of transportation. The representative said sorry we cannot help you and hung up. We found a rental company down the street from them who were extremely helpful and able to accommodate us.

Worst experience ever at a Enterprise. Booked a large suv got there to pick it up no suv. Asked why I was able to book it and got a snotty reply of we have them in the fleet. So don’t think if you book a certain vehicle they will have it when you get there. They tried giving me a carolla. How is that an suv? Definitely do not go to this location.
