First place I ever got a loan and only place I used to get a loan for the past 15yrs, but none of the original ppl work there anymore and their customer service has seriously suffered the past few years. I don’t see myself using them in the future.

I have been with this institution for 21 plus years. Always helpful and curtious regardless of branch I've been to. I would love to see a branch in Arab Alabama to make it convenient for me.

The ATM malfunctioned during my transaction. Would not return my card. I was in a hurry. I went inside and the lady was rude. She said there was nothing she could do. She said Brinks would have to open it. I will be canceling my checking account with them

I sent a great customer of mine with great credit to them as always and was absolutely lied to and Julie wouldn't return my call or his.. We don't do business that way and will never recommend them again.... Consumers beware this is not how a business should be conducted.

Too bad I can't give this place less than one star. This once was the place to conduct banking business but since Sondra and Gina left, the only remaining pillar of the place is Julie. Went in to get some loans renewed and was first in line only to be routed behind two other people who came in after me. We miss you Sondra and Gina!! Or at least I do!
