This company has helped my elderly parents out so much right now. They we’re using another gas company that they had been with for many years but they started treating them like dollar signs not a person We have had a wonderful experience with Golden Propane getting them all set up and starting. I look for us to be with them a longtime.

This place has NO customer service. I have called 3 says in a row, promising to be called back, that hasn't happened yet. I need a service man to install a high pressure regulator on my tank ( that belongs to them) so I can have a gas on demand water heater installed.The plumber has scheduled me for Monday, since it's Friday afternoon I quess I won't be getting hot water soon.I am now looking for a gas company that wants to take care of its customers.

They came out said nothing was wrong with my tank and they filled it up afterwards I smelled gas. I checked it with some bubbles, some soap and it was leaking quite a bit. I called them several times they came out. Finally they put a little plastic cap on the thing and it’s still late. I called them several more times. They said they were going to pick up my tank take it and fix it they never did finally one night. I called them up and said it’s an emergency it’s Laken come pick this thing up they did that was two years ago.

Worst Company ON THE PLANET! Folks I BEG you..deal with anyone else but them! We moved away to a different STATE in 2018 for crying out loud!...We asked them to come get their tank..they LITERALLY said and I quote "no we can just leave the tank there at the location until the new owners order gas and they will likely just order it from us." We told the lady we didn't care what they did..the house and property had been sold and they needed to get the bill and property out of my name...We didn't hear from these crazy people until 2022 when we SUDDENLY start getting bills from them..I called and spoke to some lady who told me the bill was for the removal of the tank!! to the tune of $402...Good luck with that lady. Seeya in court..These people are crooked..liars..and I guess terrible book keepers...DO NOT use them...suddenly after not using them for 4 solid years..you'll get a bill..

After 20 years with Golden I can say this is the worse company now we have ever dealt with. We started working with them as Golden Propane when we built our home and loved them but they sold out. You never can get any one live. Phone rings to a National office. They delivered gas we did not order and said it was computer generated. We did not set this up. Tore up our yard delivering in a rain storm and got stuck with wrecker pulling them out. Refused to repair the yard. Very sad company now. I rate them and F. Do not use them. Customer service is 0.

We’ve been trying to call for weeks. Couldn’t reach anyone or get a call back. Couldn’t order online either. I’m sitting outside the office now where there are 5 people waiting outside to talk to some one. It’s now 30 min past time for them to return from the posted lunch time. This is no way to run a business. I suggest if you want heat this winter, you take your business elsewhere.

Horrible company! Can’t get ahold of anyone EVER!! Ordered gas a month ago when we were at 10%…still waiting on a gas delivery. We are now very close to 0%. We’ve called for weeks several times a day and still can’t get an answer.

We have used them for several years and even during the propane shortage that happened two years back, had no issues, This winter they seem to have fallen apart. Do not use their online request for gas as it is not monitored, you have to leave a voice mail that is rarely returned. I have been in the black of my tank twice this year after notifying at 30%. Would not recommend if you are looking for a supplier based upon the 360 I have seen with Golden Propane/UPG this year.

Never answer the phone, have left messages and never and phone call return, I need propane for over a week now and still don't answer the phone.
