Checked in online. 20 minutes wait, got there 40 minutes wait, then took 2 ahead of me. We didn't know you checked in online. BS my name was on the board, they took 2 guys ahead. Sorry. Prove it.

Had a great experience here, my mom needed her hair washed since she fell and broke her arm and isn’t able to do it herself, and I needed a trim. Tory and Bailey were awesome and fixed us right up! Great hair washing, cut, style, and we had a good time! Employees are happy and go above and beyond what is required! Highly recommend this location!

Terri used to cut my hair and she was the very best that has ever worked there. I understand she was let go.that was a mistake on your fault. I was not the only person who asked for her. But Tori cut my hair and she did a good job.

If you're the first customer in the door, you should be the first to get your haircut. Online appointments should NOT have priority over customers that are already in the store! I waited through an hour of people that scheduled online. It should be a first come, first serve type of establishment. Will not be coming back to another Great Clips

Good haircut, not too long wait. Online wait time and on screen wait time in shop not kept up to date. Whole time it read 0 minutes wait but we were told 15 minutes in shop. Not too big a deal but if you want public to trust system use it properly.

I have been a Great Clips customer for a number of years. On your first trip in they log in all of the details on how you like your hair cut. On any return trip to this location or any other location when you walk in they know how to cut your hair without having to explain it again. I like checking in from my house and when I arrive I have never had to wait over a few minutes. Today Terri cut my hair and took her time to get everything right. It had been a while and she had quite a challenge but pulled it off and did a great job. I can say every stylist that works at this location has always been very nice. I will be back within a month.

My hair sculpter did a facinating job of making me look like a man again! She followed my instructions to perfection and made me have to rethink the old adage, "the way to a man's heart is through his stomach," rather, "the way to a man's heart is through his head."
