I went back to Jackson Hewitt tax service this year to have my taxes done. Had a good experience! They were very friendly and polite very precise. Answer any question that I had and I was happy with the answers that they gave me. Saved money on the price of the fees to have my return done!

My significant other made an appointment for today...got off work early just to be there. No one from Jackson Hewitt was anywhere to be found. I called their number and got no response. Not very happy, at all.
