Lowe's is always a great experience. I enjoy the lighting section. The main aisle is a little cluttered you have to squeeze in behind pallets of merchandise to get to paper towels and cleaner. The people who work here are great and always kind. They keep the shelves safe and organized, even at the very top(for the most part) The flowers and plants are so beautiful and well kept. The aisles are usually cleaned and unobstructed for wheel chair navigation and walkers. Thank you♥️

We rented one of your brand new trucks because our old farm truck was not up to the job. We bought 100 patio pavers, about 3300 pounds, from your store and had to get another 100 from another Lowe's 50 miles away. The trip took longer than we had scheduled. The ladies at the service desk were very gracious and only charged me the minimum on return. The truck worked great for our project, and your service staff was fantastic.

A big shoutout to Lowes employee Mitchell Fortenberry. He was so helpful today with our gutter purchase. We would have given up, but he was persistent and found us everything we needed. ( Who knew that gutters were so complicated ! ) Thanks Mitchell !

Why wouldn't lowes carry and sell axles for the utility trailers they sell. Their small utility trailers have a special size axle (not standard) that they don't offer a replacement for and it costs a lot more to have made elsewhere.

This five star review is for luke at the returns counter. I witnessed him do the biggest return in history of returns for my boyfriend’s father and he handled it like a champ. Most kind employee i’ve witnessed in the store. Thank goodness for Luke he’s a lifesaver. He deserves a raise. Also he has cool starwars pins.

I went in to buy a U1 battery for my lawn tractor. Price was $54.99, and thinking that was too much I looked it up on the WalMart site and their U1 battery was $29.99. Thinking the price was not right I went to check out and asked the lady at the register to scan the battery. It showed $54.99 and since I had the WalMart battery on my fone still I showed it to her. In almost a whisper she said, that's way overpriced, go to WalMart. So, I did.

Don’t bother calling the store unless you can expertly navigate a myriad of employees with sub 80 IQ levels and others who have taken not giving a care in the world about customer service to new heights. Store management is no where to be found either. Thank you Lowes, for costing me a days pay for admittedly canceling my delivery over a system glitch. Clowns

I ordered some timber to be delivered because it was too long for my truck.
The store called me around 7 the morning of my delivery to tell me my items were loaded on a flatbed with three other orders and should arrive between 8-11am.
I cleared my schedule and waited until lunch for a call. When noon came and when I got tired of waiting and called the store at 1 pm to find out where my order was. Little did I know that over one hundred minutes of my life was going to be wasted trying to get a simple window of time that was less than the standard 12 hours these box stores throw at you for my delivery!
I wound up chatting for an hour and on hold with my local store for and hour and fifty minutes and I still walked away with nothing more than a headache and a tentative schedule ranging from 8 am to 8 pm YESTERDAY for the delivery! That's right the chatbot couldn't even get the day correct when it was trying to get me to tell it good job and that my query had been answered satisfactorily.
The store never picked up so after nearly two hours I hung up with them.
Honestly, if I could give Lowes a negative star review over this incident I would.
