So many items that were out of stock that I needed there are a few employees that were helpful plus the parking lot lights while they're open at night time it's dark outside turn on the bloody parking light on there was only one light on in the parking light over the trailers area

Lowes has really went down hill,they don't have the professional people in the departments like they had that new plumbing and electrical and are stocking a bunch of junk knowbody needs,I went in to get TSP cleaner and johnson paste wax like I been buying for 20 years and find out they don't have it any more.i also buy lumber at marvins because I can drive to it and only handle it one time and marvins has better selection of quality wood decrative paneling that is getting real popular again,lowes has the cheap trailer park junk stuff

Do not buy an appliance from Lowe's in Cullman and pay for them to deliver it. They brought it to the house and flipped it out of the truck! The top is warped, the door is warped, and paint is missing off of the top. Called the store, they wanted to knock money off of what we paid, uhhhh no, we paid for a new stove not one that got flipped out of the delivery truck. So they wanted to refund the money so we can order another one, uhhh no, we bought it on sale and now they're not on sale. So no, get us a new stove and refund us the delivery fee

I would give zero stars if possible. I do all of my home good shopping at Lowe’s in Cullman. In November I purchased a Maytag Dishwasher from lowes and paid for their third party to install the dishwasher. 3 weeks later, they showed up with the dishwasher to install it. They removed the old dishwasher and went to install the new one but told me the new one was damaged. I told them I would wait for a new undamaged dishwasher and for them to cap off everything to make sure there are no leaks in the meantime. They didn’t cap the drain from the sink so water would go everywhere under the sink. They literally put a bowl under my sink. After seeing this, I went to Lowe’s and canceled their third party installation and requested my money back for the installation, which they gave me back.I then picked up the new dishwasher once it was available and paid a local company to come install it. They came and installed it and first cycle it leaked everywhere. The technician said the wash tub was leaking at the seam.I then called lowes and explained the history of this situation and that I still have a dishwasher that is damaged and I want to return it for an undamaged dishwasher. The manager asked how long it had been since the purchase. I said I purchased the first damaged on in November (over one month ago). He said I could bring it up there and they could see what they could do. Said they could maybe give me a new one at a discount but then I would have to pay AGAIN to have it installed. So now I would have to pay for 2 installations..the manager said there is nothing they will do because it’s my fault I had a damaged dishwasher installed…long story short, rather than deal with lowes anymore I am just going to have the local repair company file a warranty claim and fix the damaged dishwasher. My shopping days from Lowes is over.

Today my new dishwasher was delivered. When my husband open the box he found that my door on the dishwasher was broke.When he called the store and spoke with the manager, he was told that the dishwasher would have to be scheduled to be picked up and taken back to the store in order for a new dishwasher to be delivered!Now that’s not fair to the customer because it was not the customer fault that the dishwasher door was broke so now the customer has to suffer because Lowe’s did not make sure the product they sold. The customer was not broken..So not only does the customer have to wait for them to come pick up the dishwasher that’s broke and now we also have to wait for them to bring me a new one.

Lowes delivery service SUCKS. Lowes has sent yet another order change on delivery date! Original date was 11/9 and now after them changing the delivery date 4 times they are shooting for 12/1. These are shower doors, not a golden egg from a golden goose. I understand things running late but 4 times thus far is ridiculous! People hire handymen to do work, they set dates to have a job done, but if they don't get everything they order and have it waiting they have to cancel the handyman, he has to earn a living too therefor he has to take other jobs if yours can't be done on the date set. I took a week off work for the original date of shower build, wasted my PTO, now I'll have to have the person do the work when nobody is home, but I can't tell him a date yet because Lowes isn't honoring their commitment. I have to not only worry will the doors showing up this 4th time, but will they show up broke, scratched, or missing pieces due to quality control in this world sucking and ppl doing a half you know what job.You had better believe if I gave a date to a customer that after the 2nd delay I would have tried to make things right, and by the 4th time I would at the very least returned 50% of the whole cost back to the customer if not a full refund, apology, and the material they ordered. I ordered other things from Home Depot for the shower and those arrived when they said they would. Do you not value your reputation? have things really gotten this bad? Do you not care about your shareholders because if you did you would do everything to make sure those spending money with your company were satisfied. I'm a patient person but my patience is running thin!Please get your act together at the warehouse and in training ppl, I know it's not easy since nobody seems to value work anymore but things need to change
