I have been coming to this Texaco (Mini Mart) for over a year since moving to Cullman, Alabama. Normally it has been good but today it became a nightmare. When arriving I did not have access to the credit card I normally used so I used a different one. When pumping the gas I had to leave suddenly because I needed to be somewhere soon. After driving off, I get a email from my credit card company saying there was a charge for over $50 which turned out to be for $100, so I try calling the store and the call goes to some cell phone with no way to leave a message (voicemail full) So I had no choice but to turn around and go back to the store. The attendant working although he seemed nice, didn't understand English language very well. So he put me on the phone with someone . I explained I only got less than $5 in gas and was charged the large amount. He said it would drop off in 7 days. Well because on that charge, it puts a hold on any available funds. So after this experience I will need to find another place for gas, so beware when you use your credit card here and you will be no way of calling for help and no way of getting help in the store either. So hopefully I will not need to file a report with the BBB, but we will see
