Asked cashier was the product I was buying on sale, the cashier said it was, then continued to charge me regular price. I asked how much it was a piece regular price, she then gave me a different price. I gave her my money and she basically threw change back, I thanked her anyway, she turned her head and never said a word. MIA does not need to be on the front register with this kind of attitude. I will drive 5 miles, in opposite direction of where I need, to get anything, in the future.

Very wide asiles. The people where friendly & helpful. Not crowded can shop around without bumping into someone or stuff stacked in floor that you can't get around. Lots of light, you can actually see what your looking for. I will be going back.

Called ahead of coming was told they would put my part up cause I was on my was and then I got there and got no service at all!! And at checkout the guy checking me out gave me my change and said have a nice day and I had to remind him he still had my bag with all my purchased items in it

They got nothing in their shop, apart from old models of equipment. We wanted word wg323 and windows snap on shades. They do not have any.

Absolutely awesome service April the assistant manager knows exactly where everything is. She is very professional and knows her job well. Damian the new commercial sells young man. Also takes time to help you very knowledgeable. We will continue to use Marvin’s!!

Lowe's has nothing on this customer service experience! I have to chase down Lowe's sales associate. First time walking in to a Marvin's, with in 30 seconds someone asked if I needed help and happily took me right to where I needed to be! And stayed until they knew I had exactly what I needed!Cashier girl was super sweet and friendly!! 10/10 great experience!

I've been going to this store lately as a last resort because in the past they have truly been a poor choice, but they have bailed me out several times recently because they have their shelves stocked where Lowe's does not. I can recommend this home improvement center for the smaller items I have bought there and will return as needed.
