Yes it's my fault for trusting a Big Company. I let my gard down. I was hoping that they will put the same Brand of tires in have, but nope. At the end I was telling the person charging me that it a little off. He said I put on the same measurement thread as the other. Yes you did but different Brands it make a difference. So I was telling him I know but I'm not accusing you of anything but there is a big difference there's nothing was settled. No argument about changing tires no solution no you know what I could do this or I could do that nothing so I just kept the tire what a disappointment disappointment. Just because you measure the thread and matching the other doesn't mean it's still going to be the same. I was hoping you this place would put someone working up front new more about what they do there but I guess not.

Needed travel trailer tires, I called and they had them! I get there and before I can get comfortable, two guys were already working on it! Dang, that's impressive! This will be my go to for tires and GOOD SERVICE from now on.

When your camper blows a tire on 65 as you’re heading home from spring break, don’t call your insurance company— call McGriff. Seriously top notch service, roadside and at the shop. These folks are awesome. Blocked traffic so we didn’t have safety concerns, gave great advice about next steps, and treated us with fantastic service in the shop. Special shout out to CJ and Blake. Thanks for making a terrible situation less awful. And for being so quick!

Outstanding, I had an air bag go out on my trailer. They diagnosed the problem in the parking lot. They found the part across town & I bobtailed over and picked it up. They had the old one off by the time I got back, it was installed by the time I finished paying. I made my appt in Birmingham when no one thought it was possible. Nowhere else can you get that kind of service.
