“We bought new AT&T phones at Costco and when they set up the phones, they put the SIM cards in the wrong phones! Major headache. I was at our Lakehouse about 20 miles from the AT@T store and my wife was home in Huntsville. I didn’t know my PIN number so I had to drive to the AT@T store.
I walked in and met Jonathan, gave him my phone and drivers license. He proceeded to resolve the issue in about 2 minutes. My wife was at the AT&T store at home and together Jonathan and Drew got our phones working again. I highly recommend going to see Jonathan if you ever have problems with your phone. Thanks again.”
“I had a great experience switching over from MetroPCS. Do T-Mobile. I was able to go from three lines to four for the same price and unlimited data. Plus I was able to switch from AT&T internet.

“We walked in the door and immediately were met by the nicest man who fixed my phone while we were standing there. What more could you ask for? He was friendly and kind and knew what he was doing. He was very patient with an elderly lady who had a gigantic phone problem that he made into a minor problem that he fixed immediately. I wish I had gotten his name because he was so nice. This is an excellent Verizon. It is very large and the displays are laid out so that you can look at and compare the items that you were interested in. She took my phone and about 2 minutes later she gave me my phone back working. She was very helpful and even looked at my settings for another issue I had with my camera. She was very kind and helpful. 10/10 recommended this shop if you are having issues.”
