I gave them one star because this is the only way to leave a review. This car lot is a joke!! They sell junk vehicles and it’s a buy here pay here so they think they ain’t obligated to work with you when it breaks down and my daughter only drove the vehicle a few weeks! It’s plum pathetic!! Don’t buy anything from them unless you want to be stranded!!

I'm going to say the car we financed with Nac was a bandaid Lexus rx 350 .This vehicle 45 percent of time ran ok but the other times always something wrong with it. My wife and I took the vehicle to several ase mechanics and they never could fix it. I bought a fix device and it always showed same codes . We bought it Jan 3 2025 and we made 43 on time payments plus 1500 down payment. We've surrendered this car November 7 2025. Flip and Judy was nice and we thought we could rely on this vehicle for longer than we actual did. We paid 5800 on this vehicle to now have to depend on family for rides until we find another one.

They were helpful and nice. Though I would highly advise checking the blue book price before buying a car here. Finally did that recently to find out my car was worth less than what they sold it to me for. (And yes I checked the price for the vehicle for the year I bought it)

SLIMY DEALERSHIP!! Repossessed my car after 17 days late on a payment after we ALWAYS pay early everytime. Tried to dispute it on the phone with Flip the owner and he said "I could've took it after one day late" so my conclusion is they just wanted to resell the vehicle and make more money off of it. Says we have to pay the full price of 15000 to get it back even though it was one missed payment. Absolutely disgusted with this place.

Do not buy a car from this place! They take advantage of people that have credit problems. You end up paying 3x more than the value of the car. We accidentally made a double payment one week so it was a two week payment, apparently they are not good at bookkeeping, they reposessed my car at my workplace on Saturday evening. The owner told the tow driver not to pick it up until I was at work. Now I won't have a car until Monday. Also, they don't report your payments to the credit bureaus. They are NOT registered with the BBB or Chamber of commerce. Hmmm!

My husband bought a car from yall and you had to fix something that 1st week of him having it then the turbos went out and we are out 1300 more dollars on a car he has had 5 days since purchasing from here.
