Did not include furniture blankets with our uhaul reservation and the office is closed on Saturdays with no way to get them. Just a voicemail option that no one is checking anytime soon. Very frustrating!

Have rented storage units on multiple occasions always clean and secure with fencing all the way around, security cameras, and a gate operated by an electronic keypad with individual codes. Friendly helpful staff reasonable late fees if you can’t pay on time for when life throws a curveball. They also rent U-Hauls and sell all the supplies necessary for packing things to store or an entire house move.

Upon moving in I was told if I move out before a month was over I would get a refund. I moved out a week early almost 12 weeks ago and still have not gotten my refund. I made my monthly payments a week before they were due. I have called them repeatedly and they always tell me it takes 6 to 8 weeks, now it is right at 12. I believe in honesty not someone being deceiving. I know these kind of storage buildings stay full and are nice but this dishonesty leaves a lot to be said.

Very well kept, clean and secured facility. On site bathroom. Good lighting throughout. Staff very friendly, professional and personable. Ive been using this storage facility for 2 plus years. Never a problem. They make making a payment very easy and convenient either by phone during business hours or anytime on line. Temperature is always kept to keep your belongings in their best state. Worth the money and highly recommended.
