Love this place. My only complaint is how late in the day they open. Because of our schedule, we usually end up going to PetSmart or Wal-Mart because they both open earlier, which means Pet Supplies is losing all those customers pulling on the doors before 10 AM. Should consider opening earlier. 7 or 8 AM at least. 10 AM is like Zero Gravity stoner hours. Lol

Got my golden doodle groomed today after leaving pet smart where they said they wouldn’t cut it how I asked….thank you so much for the great job I highly recommend .

I enjoy the store but they have trouble restocking things i buy. It's been 2 months, 5 visits and the things I bought last time still have not been stocked back. Forcing me to buy elsewhere. Liquid Salmon tablets. Fortiflora satchets, the glyco flex + hip and joint supplements. Gave them yet another chance. They were closed and lights off at 8 35 pm.

This was the first time in about 6 years I went to this store formally Pet Depot. The reason we all refuse to go back to that store was because they hired a lady who worked in the grooming department and she refused to groom my German Shepherd because she said she didn't like them.
Since then they said she no longer works for them.
The lady we watched grooming that day was awesome working with the dog she had.
They had a lot better selection of dog tags than Pet Smart and the people working in their that day working wouldn't offer to help you with anything.

I am absolutely extremely happy with the services for dog grooming that I receive last week. I had two dogs groomed and they were groomed so nicely. Everyone was professional. It took a little time but that’s OK. They both came out looking great and one dog. I really didn’t even recognize lol so hats off to them. The groomers are great and people inside the store. Very nice also

I appreciate that this store carries the brand of cat food I need, but their "rewards" program is not legit, in my experience. The former "Pet Depot" consistently and openly rewarded repeat/loyal customers with free products after buying so many. This new one doesn't. It's hard to find out how many you've bought, and when you email the company there's no response. Store employees are no help, just continuing to refer you to a website that doesn't work or suggesting to email the company. I've bought a ton of expensive pet food and supplies here, but I'm seriously considering finding a different source.

Great selection and prices on dog food. Very friendly staff!My 16 year old daughter was involved in a car accident in front of this store last night. Someone ran a red light and hit her in the intersection. The two ladies that were closing the store saw the accident and ran out to check on everyone. My daughter was in shock and had no idea what to do, she’s only had her license for two months. These two ladies got her out of the car and calmed her down. No one else stopped to help. THANK YOU to those two ladies.I will continue to shop here as long as I have dogs and cats to feed. They go above and beyond. 10 stars.

Many of their fish have columnaris which can wipe out your entire tank if you don't use a quarantine tank. The easy to spot symptoms are white spots that look like fungus on the mouth, back, and edges of fins.
