I appreciate that this store carries the brand of cat food I need, but their "rewards" program is not legit, in my experience. The former "Pet Depot" consistently and openly rewarded repeat/loyal customers with free products after buying so many. This new one doesn't. It's hard to find out how many you've bought, and when you email the company there's no response. Store employees are no help, just continuing to refer you to a website that doesn't work or suggesting to email the company. I've bought a ton of expensive pet food and supplies here, but I'm seriously considering finding a different source.

Great selection and prices on dog food. Very friendly staff!My 16 year old daughter was involved in a car accident in front of this store last night. Someone ran a red light and hit her in the intersection. The two ladies that were closing the store saw the accident and ran out to check on everyone. My daughter was in shock and had no idea what to do, she’s only had her license for two months. These two ladies got her out of the car and calmed her down. No one else stopped to help. THANK YOU to those two ladies.I will continue to shop here as long as I have dogs and cats to feed. They go above and beyond. 10 stars.

Very Impressed with inventory lately. Great staff- ever friendly and helpful. Lots of great sales this week (Feb 2024) The rewards program is great. This week we bought a chew toy for Daisy our English Springer Spaniel and it’s supposed to be super tough and have working squeakies even if they’re punctured. Hoping it will last her a while. Fish look healthy, good prices.

Love this place! Kat is our groomer for our Lab-doodle and Lab/Retriever ! They are always accommodating with our busy schedules and make our dogs happy and beautiful ! Store hours are great, and food and toy selections are plenty!

The people at this establishment are always very courteous very kind very helpful the management there goes above and beyond her way to help you with anything she can. They have a crew there that's very knowledgeable and if they do not know about something they aren't afraid to tell you and ask another employee or associate if they have an answer I appreciate the Honesty that you get when you go there.

Nice and organized but that's not what this is about. I always use to get live mice or rats for my red tailed boa which it's the only thing she'll eat not frozen back when it was pet depot but since they were bought out they stopped selling live mice and rats and selling only frozen mice. Had to go to Huntsville to get rats and managed to breed the rats to save trips it helps but want to get out of breeding them and but no pace to get them near by. Why did you stop selling them?

This was an amazing trip. The store looks amazing. I had been offered a job for resets and was greatly excited but my husband had to have our car for doctor visits and cardiac rehab. So I had to decline because I wouldn't have a car.Anyways I'm so proud of the team it looks amazing and such a big variety of items.Go see them today! The staff is so nice and helpful. Luckily they had our Ellie Mae and Pearl Bodines favorite items were still there..the deer horns and cookies!Cullman is so lucky to have them and we will most definitely enjoy every trip to come in the new store.❤️❤️

Let me start by saying Kat in grooming is wonderful so this is in no way a reflection on her or her work. I made in appointment over the phone back in March and supposedly it was the grooming manager I spoke with. I explained due to my dogs severe anxiety (he’s a rescue), I was looking for a groomer who could see him without me dropping him off for 4 hours and if it had to be booked out for a bit I understood. She explained she could sympathize as she has a German Shepherd that is also very anxious. They did get me in quick however when I got there she acted completely unaware of our conversation and tried to tell me I’d have to drop him off. I live 30 minutes away and due to his issues I refused. Kat stated she had no problem taking him and was done in about 1.5 hours which was very reasonable to me, especially since she did a wonderful job. Fast forward to yesterday. Again I had called ahead and spoke to the “manager” and we had the same conversation & agreement and I also specifically asked for Kat and she agreed to book it with her. When I arrived, everything seemed to go as planned, however after 2 hours in I went inside to check on him and was told 20-25 minutes longer. So I waited. At hour 3 I went back in and noticed the “manager” was the one grooming him. I stood and watched and when I heard him yelp out in a way I never have, I told a cashier in the store to go back and let them know I wanted my dog, we were done. She said okay but continued to push a box around the sales floor. I finally told her, if she didn’t get my dog, I was going back & getting him myself. She then proceeded to let them know. They brought him out with barely any hair cut, didn’t cut his nails, didn’t smell like he had been bathed. I’m not certain what took 3 hours but I was livid! When I confronted the “manager” on why she was grooming him when I had booked with Kat, she put the blame on the cashiers stating “they sometimes just schedule them with anyone.” If that were true, why haven’t you corrected this issue?? However, it wasn’t true and I reminded her she scheduled it!! She of course offered no apologies & had nothing but excuses. She tucked her tail and went straight to the back. Kat did make many apologies but it wasn’t her fault or responsibility. I adore Kat and hate I can’t utilize her again. The manager is clearly running off this establishments business based off the other reviews I’ve read so I hope someone addresses everyone’s concerns but we will NOT be back!

I took both my pets to the store for a nail trimming. I think the young lady name was Kat her nickname she was very nice and caring with my babies. I will be back alot A+++ service

I placed a order online for a 20 gallon turtle tank kit online it showed like 1 or 2 in stock so I placed order it went through waited for the email to let me know when to pick it up curbside 3hrs later still nothing so I called the store to be told they didn't have it in stock bc the last one they had got broke on the delivery truck so they cancelled my order and supposedly refunded it back to me still haven't received my money back yet

Made a grooming appointment on a Tuesday for 3 dogs to come in on Saturday at noon. Our 3 animals have been there before. Was told that since there computers were down they needed proof of rabies shots (there tag wasn’t good enough proof). Our vet is not open on Saturday so a 30 mile drive was wasted. If they knew this was going on then they should have had the decency to call there appt customers to let them know instead of wasting folks time and gas money! We will not use them again for any reason!

Set up a grooming appointment and had it confirmed by text 4 days ago. I arrived at the shop today and were told they had no groomer. Staff member lied and told me she left me a voicemail. Not only is my voicemail not available, but I have no missed calls. They may get new groomers but they will not get my business.
