PetSmart has just about anything that you need for your pet. We needed a new bed for our Mini Poodle. After checking on line we learned that we could get the Top Paw bed that we wanted by going to the store. PetSmart actually is the manufacturer of this pediatric bed. Yes we are a member of their rewards program. Between the rewards program and sale we saved 30% on the bed. We also are impressed that PetSmart carries Nom Nom dog food. This is a top notch premium dog food that we have used for seven years. We buy ours direct from Nom Nom but it is nice to know that it is carried in the Cullman PetSmart. The staff is very helpful and it is always a pleasure to shop the store. Feel free to take you fur baby with you as theybwelcome pets in their store.

I took my Aussie doodle to get groomed about two weeks ago and not long after she got sick took her to vet and she has parvo and from the time frame that’s where she got it now she is very sick won’t eat or drink now have a vet bill that’s expensive Any advice what to do to prevent this from

Tried to get my dog a hair cut but they said if it didn’t act right then they wouldn’t do it. Isn’t it their job no matter how bad the dog to still find away? So I took him to pet surplus they had no problem cutting it and did a great job! Shame on you pet smart I will no longer do business with you!

The store itself is okay for a large chain pet store the problem with this location is the people. No one in there is particularly friendly but the guy that is usually back there where the fish are is really the big problem I'm not sure what his name is but he seems to be a bit feminine and also a bit of a know-it-all I have watched him sell people fish and not say anything to the customer about their fish choices and then the next customer he talks them out of what they were going to buy. There are other people in the world besides this guy who knows about fish. Sell people what they want so they will return and buy other things.

For six years I took my dog there for grooming. They got new management. They literally messed my dog up. Then they tried to blame it on me. Shame on them.

Awesome place to buy anything for your pets, and animals fish, birds, and they have awesome friendly service things are a little pricey but still a good store to shop in

Just over a week ago from today’s date of 3/10/24, I purchased 4 fish, I thought about telling you which ones, but I’d rather watch the petsmart fish boy scramble to hide this. Tell me why all those fish, over the course of this week, died. Not only are THEY dead, my special ordered catfish from another store are also dead, and I now have a sick African lungfish, dinosaur bichir, and an African Oscar. Why, you may ask? Oh it’s because this petsmart, who if you usually walk in, their people who work with the fish don’t let you buy any unless you lie to them about tank size, sold me FOUR fish infected with ICH. THEYRE SELLING FISH WILLY NILLY WITH ICH!!!!!!! Just so everyone knows ICH is HIGHLY contagious to fish and it WILL kill them if not treated in time. Now I own, 7 aquariums, and 5 terrariums, all with fish and reptiles. I’ve been a petsmart customer for over 10yrs, since I started breeding reptiles as a teen actually. I’ve never really had issues from this petsmart in Cullman, but I’ll tell you this, this ICH spread throughout my house and into three of my 7 aquariums (and yeah dude WE QUARANTINED AND EVERYTHING), and has killed over $200 worth of fish so far, (and we still don’t know who else we’ll lose, we’re trying to treat everyone now) but petsmart count your days. I will go full Karen over my fish.
