I love my relationship with Regions Bank and their security measures they have but they removed the north Cullman branch where a lot of new businesses and traffic goes through on hwy 157...why? We now have just one brick and mortar Regions and one Atm at that location, which is very backed up or not working correctly. It's such an inconvenience. I ha e to go across town to do any banking :( Please at least put another ATM around the hwy 157 /I 65 corridor. Half of your Cullman account holders would greatly benefit from it.

I have been with Regions for almost 30 years but my goal in 2024 is to switch banks. The location in Cullman is very inconvenient and the drive through is always backed up. Regions desperately needs another location.

The ATM malfunctioned and ate my cash. Despite this happening to multiple other people, Regions is not doing anything to prevent this from continuing to happen. The complaint tickets that they are submitting are clearly not being handled properly because apparently this is a frequent issue. I’m very disappointed with the customer service at Regions, it’s a shame that there’s so little being done to help.

Local manager and teller need to learn more respect toward customer service and accept faults amid customers frustrations when things aren't communicated properly.

Jennifer that works the window needs to stay off her phone. The last two times I have been there I had to wait on Jennifer to stop texting before she would even look up or she was texting and then decided to do my transaction.

ATM is always down . It’s ridiculous that cullman has 1 atm only . Then when you have to use another atm from another bank you add a 3 dollar charge on top of what the other bank make you pay. I’ve been a customer for 8 years I’m currently searching for another bank .

What a joke. Our account gets hit with fraudulent checks and they tell us we can’t access our funds for a month.

Every time I call my local bank in Cullman, I always end up with some lady that's very rude. I dont know if it is the same woman or they are all that rude, but I never have a good experience with them. Their fees are ridiculous and the only reason we use them is because they are nationwide. I would rate them a 0 if I could for customer service. Half of the time you cant even get them on the phone. Simple questions are answered with sighs and aggravation.

I've always been treated with respect and kindness. No problems there. I do wish they would keep the drive-thru open until 6pm. I've had trouble lately with the automated teller machine not accepting deposits so I had to use the deposit box at the bank.
