Never a problem. They make making a payment very easy and convenient either by phone during business hours or anytime on line. Temperature is always kept to keep your belongings in their best state. Worth the money and highly recommended.”

“We stored our home furnishings in a climate controlled unit for approximately 7 months. The facilities were always super clean. The buildings are very well built, because Cullman was hit with a terrible hail storm and these buildings were not damaged, however the houses across the street were not as fortunate. The office staff was always polite and friendly, Joannie was the only person working in the office when I called or visited the office. If we ever need to use a storage building again, we will definitely be repeat customers.”
