Shell is a very clean and well-maintained truck stop conveniently located off the highway. It offers a fully stocked, bright interior with lots of snack choices, hot pizza, and a big coffee area. The facility provides clean restrooms and brand-new, super clean showers. There is plenty of room for cars and trucks, with good gas prices. The staff is generally noted as very friendly, helpful, and polite. However, management style has been criticized for being overly harsh with employees. A Waffle House next door is noted for being tasty and fast.

We had significant vehicle issues and had to pull over at this She'll. The staff was SO very helpful and friendly. Plus the facility was well maintained.

This old woman...that's supposed to be a manager is the reason ur employees are quitting. She starts as soon as she comes in the door. Hounding employees on what she can see needs to be done. Some of it is already being done
