Absolutely terrible at rectifying mistakes… had an issue for 3 weeks a technician finally comes who makes a mistake. He almost caught my house on fire ( I have pictures of melted surge protectors from the power surge he caused) I had to pay 300+ dollars to an electrician to come repair the damages… I went four days in 100 degrees weather with no power and a 6 year old… Animals passed, fish tanks ruined…, food all ruined and had to replace…light fixtures replaced and plugs…. I called and asked them to send someone back out to fix my internet now that the power was functioning again… and asked for at least a credit on my 90 dollar internet bill just to be fair cause it was a mistake on their end…. I got 10 dollars off my bill and I could have a technician come back out but it couldn’t be a boss or someone their for a while who knew the stuff cause they can’t control that…. Absolutely I feel like I have been tossed aside and acted like myself as a customer of 5 years is of no importance at all….

This is a horrible place to even pay a bill, I went in to pay my parents bill and they ask for my i.d. really? Like some stranger is gonna pay an anonymous cable bill. If your name isn't on the account you can't pay it so my poor feeble mom had to go in and pay it. She is 87.

Pay more for a business account? Well congratulations, you can no longer swap out a dead modem at the office. It looks like you'll be waiting 5 days for a technician to come to you. Then he'll probably just make a mess with the cables and leave before you've even signed in to the wifi..

Useless internet!! Spectrum just installed fiber in my area. I have had the service for 2 months and it stays down more than it stays on. Customer service sends you in circles with no real solution. They want you wait a week or longer for a tech to come out when there is an outage. Of course they say there is no outage when the whole community is without service. These are just lies to keep up their reliability reports to the FCC. In short do your self a favor and get a more reliable service.

Quick and painless. Had lightning damage from last week's storms. They replaced the equipment and e-mailed install instructions and I was was on my way in a very short time. Thanks!!!
