So I recently swapped from a prepaid provider to Verizon, and the difference is amazing. They have been super helpful, and have went out of their way from day one to help me as a customer. All of the customer service has been super nice, and respectful and I would recommend giving them a try. It is definitely worth the money to switch to Verizon, and the peace of mind that comes with knowing that they are going to have your back on anything is priceless! If you come into the store on 157 in Cullman, ask for Garrold, he's a sales rep and he's the one who has helped me every single time. He's a blessing from God.

Came in the store and was greeted immediately. I worked with the rep named Ian I highly recommend going to him. He's definitely very knowledgeable and very nice. He kept my bill low also got me a new phone. I also got to use my old phone as a free home phone and a new tablet. I've been with Verizon a very longtime and never have been treated so well. Also never had this great of experience as I did with Ian. Definitely will be going back to this store if I need help with anything!!!

We had Lauren as our sales rep and she did an outstanding job. She explained our bill and what all charges we’d expect to see on our next one so there aren’t any surprises. She even FaceTimed my parents, who aren’t IT savvy, and helped them activate their phones when she could’ve just told us to google how to do it. Thank you, Lauren. You rock!!!

I went with my Fiance to the Verizon Store on Hwy 157 .She has had 3 lines for 34 years paying 274.00 a month ,They said she could add me for just Taxes ,Boy what a Super Liar's they are ! Young Lady an man she got her 1st bill 484.00 an we payed cash for the Phone .When we went back they Lied yet again ! I have Terminal Cancer an she was Helping me with my phone .Whatever you Do Never go to that Store in Cullman Alabama Hwy 157 you will regret Big Time !!! They cannot tell the Truth ! I had to go back to Att an see Jason ,got my service back 34.41 a month !!! DONT GO TO VerizonCullman Alabama Hwy 157The young Lady an man there will cheat you any way they can !!!
