I went with my Fiance to the Verizon Store on Hwy 157 .She has had 3 lines for 34 years paying 274.00 a month ,They said she could add me for just Taxes ,Boy what a Super Liar's they are ! Young Lady an man she got her 1st bill 484.00 an we payed cash for the Phone .When we went back they Lied yet again ! I have Terminal Cancer an she was Helping me with my phone .Whatever you Do Never go to that Store in Cullman Alabama Hwy 157 you will regret Big Time !!! They cannot tell the Truth ! I had to go back to Att an see Jason ,got my service back 34.41 a month !!! DONT GO TO VerizonCullman Alabama Hwy 157The young Lady an man there will cheat you any way they can !!!

I would like to personally thank J.D. Bagley for the amazing customer service he provided. It is very refreshing to see that this kind of service still exists. Not only did Mr. Bagley give great customer service with a smile, he was patient with me and his kindness made my day.

Verizon has excellent coverage and service. I have been a subscriber for nearly 30 years, and I do not see that changing any time soon.

Horrible experience!! Luke was my sales rep and he made alt of promises that weren't kept. Promotions were not given on 1st bill like told it was suppose to be 1-3rd bill. So 1st bill went up 600+ dollars cause the way the billing cycle is supposedly. Spent 10+ hrs talking in store, customer service, and upper cellular team. When bill was received it was already past 30 days so couldn't take devices back. They have completely burnt the bridge with me and I'll never recommend them to anyone. Anybody coming to this store don't waste your time. I also stayed in there 5 hrs jus getting number transferred from AT&T when swapping. Huge mistake on my part for going back to Verizon. Exactly y I left the 1st time. I was advised by Gerald prob spelled it wrong that my rep was some what new and there's nothing that could be done besides talking to upper cellular. So do not go by anything they say!! Lauren that works there on other hand was very knowledgeable and helpful obviously only one in there that knows what she's doing. Even tho I was dealing with this issue before bill due date waiting on response from upper management now late charges are added as well.

I drive 40 min. Just to come to this store. The staff always nice and helpful. If I have a problem they fix it, and explain everything. I been come to this store for like 6 years not never had an issue.

The 13th layer of hell. I waited an hour to be told they couldnt swap my number to a different phone. Somewhere to sit inside would be awesome. Worst service ever. Ive never been without burning an hour or more

Will be filing a complaint with the district manager today and ensure that my bill was right. I tried to do this all myself on the Verizon website and it kept declining my card for no reason. On the website it said there would be nothing down on day of purchase AND my monthly bill would be 248. When I went in store all of a sudden I owe 300 down and my monthly bill is $20 more. I told the man that I tried to do this online and no such down payment was mentioned. Also, he said he would not waive the activation fees despite them being waived online where i TRIED TO DO THIS ALL IN THE FIRST PLACE MYSELF. My husband and I walked out with the phones we did not want, the salesman claiming he could not order the ones we do want, and he activated the wrong phone that my husband wanted and just said bring it back in 30 days if you don’t like it. But it was the completely wrong phone. So incredibly unhappy I came home and cried.
