Been having trouble with family mobile, ever since I updated My iphone my number doesn’t work at all, my bill is paid and the service network isn’t down.Apples new beta iPhone update made my current Verizon family mobile SIM card not work. So my phone just says SIM card not detected. My phone is unlocked and works with all carriers so for my SIM card to stop working after an update crazy but anyways I went to a Walmart by my house before coming here and tried to get it fixed and was told I just Need a new SIM card and have my number transferred over but Walmart doesn’t have anymore of those SIM cards online anymore so I had To order one on Amazon and decided to go to this Walmart since I was in the area. Went to tech service today and said i need my number transferred from my old SIM card to my new one and told them I have Walmart as my carrier and she said Walmart doesn’t do that in the store I have to call someone. Doesn’t make sense for one Walmart out of all the others, that don’t help you with your carrier issues. Went to Apple they said to go to my carrier.

Walmart needs to get their act together. I cant count the number of times i order online , get text it is ready for pickup, only to get there and they try to substitute because it is not there. Even though the store clearly says in stock at that store. Then they try to argue and tell me i did not check the box for no substitutions. I made sure box was checked because i do not want a substitute,Plain and Simple! Then they say they dont control online information. Are you walmart ? Do you have an app for pickup and show items in stock at your store? Yes you do, so if you dont have control over it, then get control over it!!! Get you act together. This is Bull----.

My Mom loves ordering stuff from Wal-mart for pick up. I normally pick up the orders for her. The staff are fast and friendly. The orders are normally always correct. I normally pick up the orders with my truck and the staff are mindful of what should be put in the cab. A+ service!!!!
