Put in a mobile order since I cannot physically shop due to an injury that keeps me from walking at the moment. I cannot load groceries into my vehicle or anything like it. Which is why I choose the mobile order. I pull up within my alloted time and get a call saying they cannot bring the groceries out because of the weather.. Mind you it isnt even raining the storm had already passed and the sun is out as I explained to the supervisor. She states that I can come back later which is no help because I live 30 minutes away and specifically chose this time so I could grab the groceries on my way home from a physical therapy appointment. She then says I have to wait another 20 minutes because there was a lighting strike a couple miles away and she has to wait 30 minutes after a lighting strike on an app.. I'm literally looking at a blue sky and sun over head. I understand keeping your staff safe however it isn't even raining anymore and hasn't for the last 10 minutes I've been sitting here. UPDATE*** got home and over half my eggs were broken!

I’m so sick of seeing nasty dogs in buggies I put my food in ? Walmart needs to STOP people from bringing their animals in the store, it’s not sanitary, the health department will be notified..

Sandra at the electronics register was a real bag of non joy today. Spent 800.00 at her register. Rude rude rude. But she was very nice to her associate that was working with her. I must have smelled bad today.

Today I want to Walmart at St Joseph Ave in Cullman. They didn’t want to sell me alcohol. They were just 1 small bags of some contrail. I had my passport, USA VISA and TD VISA and they told me those weren’t oficial documents. My father was also with me as a tourist and they also told him that he need a license, how is he going to have a license if he is on vacations. They treat us awful and were very racist. I have all my documents in order and obviously I’m more than 30 years. Worst experience ever. Others were buying also alcohol and they didn’t ask them for anything. Is the first time in 2 years living here that someone treat me like this. I have bought alcohol everywhere with my passport. THATS AN OFICIAL DOCUMENT!!!! Racist and ignorant people. I’m very angry really. It was on the autopay part. Crazy that any tourist can’t buy alcohol!!!

They spent all that money on the update but couldn't get a better AC system. I went in there at 11 and it was uncomfortably hot already. I feel so bad for the employees that have to work there in the afternoon. They also need to open more registers because the self check outs are annoying and keep having errors with the cash/coins. If I'm paying with a card I shouldn't have to stand there and wait for the machine to cycle the cash or whatever it's doing.

This rating is simply based on this Walmarts customer service. Following securing a cart I proceeded to try to wipe off the carts handle. No wipes so I had to proceed. This would not be a problem if they kept the carts clean but they don't. It took me longer than I had hoped to shop due to picking carts blocking the isles. They obviously feel that the people who call in orders take priority. After filling my cart I went to check out to find three cash registers open. Upon commenting on it I was instructed to use self check out which I have no interest in doing. My decision cost me an extra 20 minutes. I am not payed to operate the self check out. It would be understandable if there was a discount or incentive to check ones self out but there is not. It appears to me that the push is to only call in your order and pick it up. For a customer that choses to shop for themselves there is zero service and employees that go out of their way to block you while you shop. I miss the time when a customer was king but not everything is based on the bottom line.
