Don’t go here expecting to get any kind of help with your mental health cause you will just walk out of the place feeling worse. I asked my doctor to put me on fmla leave from work because I was having a very hard time adjusting to my new medicine. I waited in the waiting room for 6+ hours waiting to get the papers filled out and given back just to be told at the end of me waiting that they cannot be filled out the same day they are turned in. After the 5th or so time I walked up to the front desk and asked about them, as I was walking away I heard one receptionist laugh and whisper to the other receptionist “if this girl don’t go on” and then something else I couldn’t make out. They then pulled me back into a side office to ask me what’s going on just for the girl I spoke with to tell me basically that there’s nothing they could do for me and that I needed to leave. I called back after a few days only for them to tell me that my doctor doesn’t fill out fmla papers because she “doesn’t believe in people need to take off of work to feel better” and she just prescribed me another medication to take on top of the one I was already taking. Needless to say I have yet to go back and I will never go back. They are the absolute worse and the place needs to be shut down.

This place is absolutely garbage, from the receptionist, to Angela Davis the "intake/therapist, to the "chief executive officer " that you are supposed to reach out to, if you have an issue with their "sevice". I had to go to the window like 3 times the receptionist was legit sucking on/eating something all three times over an hour and a half period, when I left Angela's office to speak to someone else bc she is garbage, the old receptionist lady thought something was funny, and rolled her eyes. People come to this place for therapy when they have issues, and these are the rudest, hill billy bunch of unprofessional a hats I've ever dealt with, in any business. The McDonald's in front of the place is probably a better pace for therapy than this place. Do not use this place! I watched another dude begging for his refill, and no one would even talk to him. I don't want to hear the he was probably trying to get high, they don't prescribe narcotics, so? Terrible company top to bottom. And if they remove this review, I'll post again and a again.

Absolutely the rudest, most disrespectful uneducated people I have personally ever had the displeasure in dealing with in my life! They have the highest turn over rate in therapist I've ever seen which should be an indicator that something's wrong?? My son saw 6 different therapist within 3-4 months of going to there facility in Cullman. That weighs heavy on kids-children looking for help from a therapist just to switch them within weeks to get another therapist! My son begged to change to a different facility because he was tired of trying to tell MULTIPLE people his problems to have to turn around on the next visit to explain it all over.. They said after being a patient for over a year that they had no file any where showing he was even a patient? There scheduling is lack of a better word WORTHLESS considering u go for a scheduled visit after waiting for 2 weeks, then turn around and get told they had no appointment scheduled? So then you're made to wait another 2 weeks because of their issues. Just overall worn anybody looking to really change their life I would highly recommend definitely not been there facility especially for a child who deserves to be able to speak to someone that may be able to make a difference in that child's life! If I could have read it at a zero I absolutely would have!

I've gone here since 2012 still have not been given a straight diagnosis. I've been called drug seeking. I've worked with Dr Khan who was the second worst person I worked with there he had a privileged I know better than you attitude and refused to listen to me. I have been given up on because I cannot drive an hour once a week to bdt meetings. I feel like they won't help me and this place has only made my anxiety and medical PTSD worst. I didn't know there was better out there I thought this is how mental illness was treated. With a cool hand and unempathic heart. This place is a mistake

I give 2 stars because of Dr Kahn. I have seen him 3 times. 10 minutes each time. (Appointments are every 15 minutes) One visit, he spent more time texting on his phone than listening to me. No apology, no excuse me, just picking up phone reading and replying to texts. The last visit, he told me that my PTSD issues shouldn't still be making me depressed. I have only been in treatment for 3 months and have PTSD. He then said I needed to see a therapist. I HAVE been seeing a therapist at Wellstone for 3 months so he obviously did not pay any attention to my records. He gets very frustrated when I remind him I do not have insurance. I love my therapist and the office staff but I will probably stop treatment because of Dr Kahn. I have no need for a doctor that is so uninterested in his patient. He makes me feel worse than I did when I reached out for help. No doctor should do that.

I have never in my life met people such as Romlin ad Angela that care more about helping others with there struggles and actually taking the time to get to know you to better help understand how to help you on your journey, no matter how lost you are. Great, great, great services and discussions with caring people.

First off I'd like to point out the fact that only good reviews have been addressed. Second I was scheduled for an appointment and not told to be here early for paperwork. The communication and rudness of the staff lacks quite a but. The lady at the front is careless and dismissive. She has no clue how to do her job. I've had people cone her for mental health just to be sent away because they can't pay. Then I noticed that there is a sign stating, they help everyone. When in actual fact they dint. This place doesn't deserve even 1 start. But your required to give them 1 to leave a review. I waited weeks for this appointment, and now can't get anyone on the phone fir another appointment. This is a sad excuse for a doctor's office.

I was forced to go here from a doctor who knew I couldn't comprehend my past and couldn't talk to people. My therapist felt like a mom to me. A better one then the one I'm stuck with. My mom took my therapist away.

The staff is generally very professional and nice. We have had some disagreements but for the most part they are just doing their job. I enjoy the groups and the instructors as well as the classes. There seems to be a little bias as to when and why people get drug tested but for good reason. Romulan, Alicia and Angela have been nothing but good and understanding with me. I disagree with not being able to drink alcohol but they consider it a substance and are just doing their job.

This is the worst place to for help. They rude and obnoxious. They treat people like dirt to be walked on. Scare them in to believing things that just are not true in order to control them. The entire staff should be fired and replaced with people who are educated kind. People that actually have principles and morals. Because the staff that is there now is far from having principals morals and a solid education and background in the mental health treatments and care. The good employees never last long there...They leave quickly. They realize how horrible that place really is. Clients need to be treated with respect not degradation.hateful. All their to do is get a check. They should fire the whole staff and get compentwell educated people
