I ordered a bday cake and it was wrong so they redid it which was great....until I saw the flies landing in the icing. I notified the general manager and she said there was nothing they could do. So heads up on the bakery. I saw several flies landing in the icing on July 11th 2023

I was in the Cullman store yesterday and bought a bag of green grapes. The top ones were fresh at the bottom there were big bunches of soft mushy ones. I guess this is how they fool the customers and get rid of the old produce.

In my opinion, you can't beat Publix bakery when it comes to decorated cakes. The flavor, the professional design...it's always great and my go to for special occasion cakes. This cake was ordered well in advance and was picked up right before our event. I can't express how disappointed we were to open the box and see the disaster inside. Of course we will continue to buy cakes from the bakery and the cake tastes great. I do hope someone at Publix sees the pictures in this review so adjustments can be made to the items being sent out in the future.

Great selection and really clean store,lines like Walmart. I even said "wow you need to open another line" and he just looked at me with no response..

This is a really nice Publix. The employees are always nice, friendly and helpful. They will order something for you if they do not carry it. Love there BOGO each week! Good selection of frozen vegetables. SUPER store.
