I will never shop at this store again. My husband and I have been going to zero gravity for years quite frequently. We quit smoking by using a vape and zero gravity has always been our store. We made frequent visits and spent a ton of money in this store. A few months ago I went there and was treated like absolute trash by a cocky little worker. I have since found a new vape shop and have encouraged a few others that were regulars to zero gravity to swap. There is no sense in being treated like this by anyone for absolutly no other reason than to just be a jerk. I will encourage any and all vape users now and in the future not to shop at this store! We have alot of great stores in cullman now and I cannot wait to see this store go out of business!

The employees are very rude and condescending. I am old enough to be their grandmother and they are very disrespectful.I have been shopping at this type business before any of them were ever born.They forget that the way they treat you and with extreme disrespect is a reflection on their raising. do not enter cullman's zero gravity expecting those warm hippie vibesevery time i come in here, they are so rude (including the manager) regardless of what i need, when i come in, or who i talk to... your hard-earned money is much better spent at a local business like magickal remedies or even at decatur's zg over this place.

If I could give zero stars I would. These ladies are some of the most disrespectful people. I don’t know why we starting hiring snotty young girls that have no respect for anyone and act like they don’t even wanna be there. I will never return and make sure everyone I know goes elsewhere. They should fire all of them and start over.

This place is just not what it used to be. Seems like everyone is just rude, and rather you, just not come in and ask questions or buy anything or bother them at all really. Probably won't be back at this location at least because I have all these punch cards I'd really like to use.

They're aint but 1 person and 0. Gravity who aint really that helpful and kind of has an attitude. But all the other employees are phenomenal. I recommend going during the afternoon shift or on sunday's after 1 pm

Not the place to go if you want accurate information on anything Pagan. They have a book called "pagan info" well its basically a gimmick. They have thrown together a binder full of misinformation. I wouldn't trust them to make a spell kit for my enemy. I wouldn't go here for any of my needs for my craft. I don't know where they got the idea but it really just seems like a tired attempt to jump on the pagan/witchcraft bandwagon all the other retail stores have. Quite frankly it's a joke & insulting. Their crystals are not worth the trouble. The citrine is baked, many other crystals given odd names & dyed, & others just over priced for tumbled stones. All in all its not worth the time if you're actually looking for quality or accuracy in anything Pagan or witchcraft related.

The lady at the counter was rude to me because I asked for an extra bag to hide the contents inside my bag due to it being a Christmas present. She said “we can’t be giving out free bags to people” … keep in mind I spent 50 dollars there; I then asked if I could purchase one and she rudely hummed “mm-mm” (no). Didn’t have to portray herself like that to me in conversation very rude.
