if you want your items smashed/damaged and not delivered on time, hire these people. I made an order through home depot and they used Estes for both of my deliveries. It looked like they placed my boxes under a steamroller during my first delivery, and for the second one they did not show up on the scheduled date. When I called to find out why my items had not been delivered as of 7pm (they deliver between 8am-5pm), they said the driver made an attempt but nobody was home........ LIES!!!!!!! There were three adults, three dogs who bark at whoever stands behind the front door, three security cameras, a ring doorbell and no signs/records of anybody walking through my driveway or knocking on my door. ALSO, no phone calls/text messages advising me that driver was 30min-1hr away from my house like delivery companies would normally do.

I made a purchase from Home Depot and it was delivered to my home by Estes. After being given instructions to place the item by my garage (where all other deliveries from Home Depot, FedEX, UPS, wreckers, roll off container trucks, etc are left), the driver left my large package by my mailbox at the road. The dispatcher claimed the driver said his truck wouldn't go in my driveway. One would think a delivery service would also have a forklift on their trucks, if this is true. I called Home Depot and the rep agreed it was terrible service by Estes, and Home Depot refunded my delivery fee. Do not recommend Estes for those accepting deliveries.

I payed a large amount of money for shipping and on the day of delivery I received an email saying shipment status unavailable please contact opelika al. I called and was told by the employed that they can deliver it on this date. I told them I already had appointment scheduled for this date and their response was they didn’t have a truck coming there so they can’t deliver it until this date. Not professional at all. So after taking the day off to receive my shipment I get told it won’t be delivered until a later date because of their mess up. My shipment should’ve been delivered as told and not just thrown to the side because of a mess up on their part. I will not use this company again and will NOT recommend them to anyone. Have been waiting over a month for my shipment and because of their mess up it was delayed even longer.
