Jones Garage & Towing is a business that offers vehicle repair and towing services, with locations in Lafayette and Cusseta. Overall, customers report positive experiences at their main shop in Cusseta, where most reviews highlight friendly and professional staff, fair prices, and reliable service. Customers appreciate the honesty and care shown by the staff, especially when it comes to vehicle repairs such as brakes, oil changes, and other routine maintenance. Many mention that the staff is attentive, accommodating, and takes personal interest in ensuring their vehicles are properly cared for. However, there are significant concerns about the Lafayette shop. One customer had a very negative experience, paying nearly $2,000 for repairs that resulted in further problems, including oil leaks and engine issues. The vehicle sat in the shop for almost two months, and despite assurances that the repairs were complete, the problems persisted. The customer felt they were left with a vehicle worse off than before and advised others to avoid the Lafayette location altogether, suggesting instead to go to their reputable Cusseta shop or a dealership for better reliability and service. Despite these issues, the owner of the Lafayette shop reached out and made efforts to rectify the situation, demonstrating that they care about their reputation and customers. Customers who have used the main shop in Cusseta or had positive experiences with towing services praise the efficient and friendly service, quick response times, and fair pricing. Towing customers particularly noted the fast response and professionalism of the drivers. In summary, Jones Garage & Towing is generally well-regarded for its main location and towing services, but caution is advised when considering the Lafayette shop due to past service issues.
