This review will stay at one star until companies like Walgreens stop using automated voice systems. It should not take 15 minutes to get through a robot just to speak with a pharmacist. The system doesn’t store the information I provide, it doesn’t pass anything along, and it doesn’t help it just wastes time. I don’t need a robot; I need a human being. Drop the automated service and bring back real customer support.

Been trying to get a prescription fill for 2 months. Been up there several times and keep being told it’s not in yet? 2 months? Don’t bother trying to call, you get put on hold and they never answer. Awful service!!

very slow. attemted to make a customer get in line who prefered to sit and wait till others in line finished. its once and done on the script i get elsewhere yet here they broke it up so i had to come back and then sent me home to have to come vack again.

Yes, Susan and Jacob carry the weight of the whole pharmacy. Walgreens needs to recognize this! I doubt that they will !
