On hold 40 minutes approx 9AM. Service rep sounded asleep when she answered. I wanted to know why I had not received my statement for the month of dec. Today is 1/25/24. Her explanation was a problem with the vendor???

So slow in line for 20 minutes. News Bulletin.to mgr at 4pm when its busy have more than 2 cashiers. Its always soooo slow when I go there. They dont care!

Was on hold for 45 minutes customer support. Wanted to speak to CD dept, CS put me on hold we got disconnected and she never called back. CS gets worse. Their phone system terrible Purchased CDs cant get anyone to logically tell me why APY is not on paper what they advertise. Made several calls always claim to be too busy. Receptionist screens their calls. BEWARE: Their APY is not what's advertised. Ex, 60 month 5% APY. On paperwork and online it want be less than 5% ! Check. This sounds like a bait and switch. They say they round up. unexceptable you loose money !!!!!

All in credit union where banking is impossible every time I go in this bank it is impossible to make a deposit they do not like taking change rolled or loose and they make it impossible to deposit checks . The Atms only work half the time I would love to switch banks but that is impossible for me right now considering my circumstances

Automated payment by phone is the absolute worst out of date phone service in use by any company that allows payments by phone. It will literally take 10 minutes for the automated system to gather your payment info and submit the payment all while never telling you the total outstanding balance and charging a convenience fee of $8.00 every time which I'm pretty sure is a fee they aren't allowed to charge if I remember correctly. Charging to make a payment costs you to pay your loan which you have to pay and theres really no other way to pay the loan other than calling in. Never received my ID to login online. Company seems horrible and unethical.

This is suppose to be a bank but if you pay with another source ( another bank ) the payment will not post to your account immediately! Why would you have to wait for a 3rd party to post a payment . I have also asked in writing, numerous times to have the my due date change. Guess what .. they still haven’t . I would go else for any finance or banking needs . Almost forgot , you will be charged 10.00 to speak to representative if they process a payment for you.

Disgusting. They want my password to my personal account to make the payment and if you use a credit card it will charge you more than the original amount of the payment due I will not and never have given password/name on any of my accounts. None of your business

We have a vehicle financed with AICU, unfortunately. These small town banks and credit unions nickel and dime you to death. You can't pay your payment online, unless of course you want to pay their fee. It is 2022 and you're still charging customers to make their payments? Absurd. When I asked about this, I was advised I could deposit a check from my bank, then transfer to make my car payment. What in the world?! Time to catch up with the times. Also, I was told if I mailed my payment, they went by the post marked date for the payment date. That's not true. After reviewing my account, they had secretly posted 3 late fees and no notification of them! I was shocked. I can't control the postal service. I called about those too and was told oh well, too bad. Ridiculous service that makes no sense. I will never use AICU again. Customer service no longer exists, especially here.

Always giving me a hard time depositing my check, they always want to put the check on hold for 5 days! Always have to go to Enterprise branch and they make my money available immediately! Been with them for 10 years but still they giving me a hard time!

Paid off a vehicle for a customer of theirs in the branch and have yet to see a title over 5weeks.Edit. I have changed to two stars because the customer service on the phone was great. The rep advised me that it shouldn't have taken this long (cost me $21 in a temporary registration).Will get with the "all in" member and try to resolve after the holiday.

I have an RV loan with them. They gave me an awesome interest-rate, and have been very helpful and knowledgeable when I’ve had questions. Plus you always get to speak with a live person! It doesn’t get any better than that.

Terrible service, my husband has had an account here for 3 years. Our visit today they wouldn’t help us and had a horrible attitude with us for just asking simple questions. There was nothing they could do for us... went straight to enterprise where they helped us and did exactly what this Daleville location said they couldn’t. Thank you ENTERPRISE ALL IN for your amazing service.
