“Caleb is absolutely amazing but the others ones don't care to help you and just the answer to everything on your existing account is call corporate. When I call back Caleb always knows the answer and if he don't he finds it out for me. Only reason for the 4 stars is the quality of the furniture and Caleb's service”
“I stopped into Ashley Furniture in Enterprise just to look. I was not expecting to purchase anything because generally I feel like the prices are high and I will not get a good deal. But I wanted to look anyway because I love the quality of what they carry. That being said, the clerk asked what I needed, all I could say was EVERYTHING, I'm starting over. Katrina patiently assisted me and quickly dispelled any dissolutions I may have had. I told her I'd be back, I needed to think it over and come back (I really needed to compare prices elsewhere). I came back the next day, went over everything AGAIN and the prices were so good I ended up purchasing my immediate needs. To my amazement I even qualified to make reasonable monthly payments ?Katrina Head-Jones turned out to be the Store Manager, she doesan AH-MAZING job handling customers and is extremely knowledgeable. I truly appreciate and enjoyed the two day visit and highly recommended this location”
“Pam is a pleasure to do business with..my wife went in and purchased me a Lazy boy recliner for Father’s Day and she had it delivered exactly when asked to. We just went back in Monday and purchased a new Lazy boy couch from Pam and she treated us very well again and was delivered right on time again.we will definitely be shopping here again. “Bought a set here several years ago and it lasted a long time. price is good for all you get. And it's name brand furniture. got another set, my tables were wrong, but they were quick to fix it and bring me the right tables to my house. Kinda disappointed they still don't include the rug and pillows with your purchase, but I understand with prices going up on everything. Go here for your furniture!”
“I've been a customer for years and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else for any furniture, electronic, or appliance need for my house. They remember their customers as people not just accounts. This delivery was early, they called to make sure we were ok with an early delivery (of course!). They moved out the old appliance and moved in the new and made sure we were happy. Very friendly and professional. I know if I need anything or if anything needs repair, they will be happy to help!”
