“My car was towed here after an accident. The gentleman (dont know his name) made it as painless as possible to get everything needed. After totaling your car you aren't thinking straight and he was a delight and a true gentleman to deal with!”
“I went to road Mart on Rucker Blvd today to get my usual oil change and tire rotation while my wife was at Dak auto (by suggestion of Chrysler of Enterprise) to get my thermostat changed out on my Jeep Wrangler. Dak apparently proceeded to argue with my wife on time of arrival, time of service needed, among other things. This was only after I scheduled and appt over a week ago. Because of those issues I asked a road mart rep if they did that type of repair and if they had the part. It was a yes on both. They were able to take my jeep in immediately and begin repairs. They took longer than expected, but it was worth it. There apparently was a leak in a hose at the connection. They had ordered and picked up the part in 10 minutes and was able to fix the part free of charge. I have been taking my vehicles to road mart for year and plan to continue to do so. They have great customer service, very good attention to detail on their maintenance and get it done right the first time. They even price matched the cost Dak would have charged me which in my mind was a loss for them. It's things like this that keeps me going back to them for all my automotive need and repairs.”

“Roadmart in Ozark, AL has been wonderful to us. We moved from Florida in 2020 just as the Covid started and knew noone to service our vehicles.
We were fortunate to find Roadmart at the first need and have been coming here for most auto related services since then.
I am very pleased with the courtesy and efficiency when needing assistance.
They have been very helpful to this old, white haired lady.

They couldn't patch it ultimately, but they were patient, kind, and helped me when nobody else would have in that situation.

“While we were traveling on our way to Ozark, AL our travel trailer blew a tire. Luckily we had a spare but needed to replace the blown one. The guys at this tire shop were such a great help! We showed up just after 7am on a Monday morning and they said they could help us right away. Both the manager and assistant manager were very polite and helpful. From start to finish we were there for not longer than 20 minutes while they replaced the new tire onto the rim. Such a relief! Highly recommend their services!”

“The owner and his team are the best at what they do. They found a major issue before installing out rims/tires with missing bolts in the drive shaft that was carelessly missed at the Chrysler, jeep ram dealership during their full point inspection. Their team brought this to our attention immediately and the owner personally went and found replacement bolts. The customer service is unmatched and they care about no only selling you tires/rims but your safety as well. Please go shop with them, you will not be disappointed.”

“I recently had new tires and an alignment done at another shop that I thought was reputable, but the alignment was terrible-my 2008 Toyota Tacoma actually drove worse than before. I wasn't happy at all.
The next morning I called Dan Ray Tires and spoke with Jon. I explained what happened and what I needed, and he was eager to help. As soon as I arrived, he got my truck on the rack. His alignment was spot on-he even showed me the readings on the alignment machine and give me a print out. Now my 2008 Toyota Tacoma drives perfectly!
